was supposed to come on the 15th, didn’t come until 25th
my order was supposed to come on August 15 and didn’t end up coming until August 25. They also were not going to let me know that my item was going to have a delay until I had to reach out and find out myself that my item was going to be delayed. I don’t blame StockX completely, but they definitely could’ve said something to me when the carrier didn’t ship it to them on time.

I like stockx because it allows me to get the shoes my grandkids like too wear and be able to pay overtime. Would like it better if I was able to put more into my shopping bag at one time rather then having to buy one at a time. Also it can be a little more computer friendly so I’m able to navigate especially on where I would like to send my shipping order thank you. My kids love Stockx.😊

I got a wrong size realized it right…
I got a wrong size realized it right away but you guys only care about the seller. So now I'm stuck with a size 9 sneaker. There need to be a way to fix this instead of a minute after purchasing you stuck with it . Your return policy or cancelation of orders needs to be fixed. There is none and only resell option after receiving it has to be changed .

This was the first time I ordered from this site and was a little skeptical. I purchased these sneakers for my grandson for his birthday and was hoping to receive them in a couple of days. This was not the case because the sneakers had to be verified for authenticity. I received the sneakers about two weeks later and was very happy with them and so was my grandson.
