I have enjoyed the wide variety of selections that have been sent. I still struggle with pants that fit comfortably. The price can be high on items but do like the style and color.

Everything was great!!!

My stylist did a very good job of picking out my clothes. I had an issue with one pair of pants. They were too big and they didn't have the size that I needed to exchange and they still honored my discount for the keeping five items. The communication was quick and very pleasant.

Out of 2 fixes, I have kept 1 thing. I don't feel as though I am being listened to. I feel like someone is trying to push me - a square peg - into a round hole. I do not want 'trendy'. I want classic.

I really like what I got for the most part but it mostly seems to lean one style. The prices are also fairly high for things I could probably get at TJ Maxx but the quality is high.

Limited and repetitive styling.

Item are overpriced for brands and product also found at discount retailers. (TJ Maxx/ Marshalls)

Overall I've had a great experience with Stitch Fix. Returns and exchanges are easy!

Love clothes etc have never done a return since beginning of fixes!!! 🥰

I really liked all the items I got! They were good quality, fit well, and matched my style. I like that I can mix and match everything I got and I will look professional at my new job while being comfortable.

Selection of clothes were good, quality was good!
I do think returning in three days is tough.
I actually didn’t even open the package in three days, so I was worried about sending items back so late.

The quality of the garments was good. Unfortunately there must have been a lack of petite styles available because I was sent a number of regular or Misses sizes which were all too large. I love the gray jeans & gray shirt.

The stylists use all of the information and ratings you give them to figure out your style and pick nice pieces for you. It is a little more expensive then retail, but there is a sizeable discount for purchasing all of the pieces in a fix, and they are very nice quality, I have only returned an item once. I have a closet full of clothes from Stitch Fix, and I get many compliments on what I wear.

I have been using Stitch Fix for years and have been more than satisfied!! I will always be a customer!

So easy! Forget about the malls.
