I really like the selection of clothing. I appreciate that you have the option of changing your stylist if you don’t feel the stylist is selecting items that don’t fit your profile. I also like how the return process works.

Like shopping from home. Easy returns

I received too many repeats of what I had. I had to request several times not to send shoes or coats before they stopped sending them.

Makes shopping easy. Although I did like it when the clothes were chosen prior to shipment and then you could say yes or no in that email.

I like what I received and it all fit well. I would like a more business like capsule

Not happy that the site auto ship was so difficult to correct.And was difficult to see that it was on autistic when I did my check out.

Very simple, nothing exciting or unique in my box. Both pants were the same style but different colors. There was no mix and match look with the clothing.

I was honestly happy with most of the choices my stylist made. Was also impressed with the quality of clothing. Look forward to future boxes.

Delivery of service and items sent were generally good.

I loved the different items!! It makes me try “new things” which is good for this ole lady! The quality of the clothing has been wonderful and I always look forward to my “delivery”.

My stylist hit the nail on the head. I like getting this box a few times a year to freshen up my closet.

First stitch fix was great! My stylist listened to my requests and needs and sent out the perfect stitch! Everything fit, even the jeans which is usually such a struggle for me. She included a personal note as well. Excited for my next stitch!

Such a waste of money it's like they don't even try just to get your $20 each time. My first box was not my style at all even though I literally thumbs upped and down like 500 things in the app just to be clear what my style was. They then said "oh schedule a next fix right away to make up for it!" which was super misleading and made it sound like they were doing this next one free of charge since I didn't like anything in my fix. Same thing, shitty selection even though I have a ton of loves for you to put an outfit for me together from. Literally adding things where I specifically said please don't include sweats or I hate button up shirts, they would include those. After my 3rd "let us make it up to you" box I realized I was getting charged 20 for each one for them to basically not listen to me. Better off just online shopping for myself. Also most of their clothes are really tacky.

I had a great experience with this company. The service was excellent, the quality was great, and everything went smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to others and look forward to doing business with them again
