I didn't find the tool that useful. It was supposed to work with Sonos but it doesn't everywhere. I fail to see the added value towards competing products that are often free or included in a streaming music subscription
Very doubtful privacy practices. I'm not sure what the company does with my data but it must be valuable. After 6 emails it still refuses to delete personal data even though they are required to do so for European residents. Other tech companies have clear processes in place to do this, Stitcher doesn't.
