I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. Despite an unexpected delivery issue, the team handled the situation with great professionalism, efficiency, and care. They took the time to investigate what happened and went above and beyond by recreating a new ring for me; something that truly meant a lot.

The communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, and I always felt listened to and supported. I am delighted with the final result: the ring is absolutely beautiful and arrived in perfect condition.

I bought from them 3 times over the last few years. The last time over a year ago, where I had to change my address after ordering. I contacted them and they responded quickly and sorted everything quickly. I have worn one of their necklaces every day for the past year even leaving it on sometimes in the shower. It hasn’t tarnished one bit. Same with their small hoops that I have been wearing pretty much every day for the past 3 years. The only bit that tarnished was the in ear bit, which is to be expected. I had so many issues with jewellery from other brands tarnishing that I will only buy from Stilbest now or fully golden jewellery from Etsy.

Really good quality, better than I expected

stilnest went above and beyond for me, in a way that I don't think any other company does. I had ordered a pendant 2-3 years ago that I had worn 24/7 and it became tarnished. I contacted stilnest to see if they had any left since it was a discontinued piece. Not only did they search all of their back stock for me, but they actually had their goldsmiths recreate the piece for me because there was confusion on the status of the back stock. If you want to support a business that really cares about you and the jewelry they make, I would recommend stilnest in a heartbeat. Thank you especially to Maria from the care team, who made me feel special and cared for during a time that I really needed it. You are the absolute best!

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Customer service just stopped responding in the middle of an exchange enquiry twice, for weeks to months on end.

Edit: Stilnest has also been trying to get reviews like mine removed from Trustpilot, reporting this review as "fake" repeatedly. Trustpilot has received my order and evidence of poor customer service.

I had a very good experience with Stilnest. Looked for a present for my wife and instantly found many good options here. The costumer care was excellent and Maria responded very quickly and helped me with a fast delivery. Thank you so much for your help and im happy i purchased the gift here.
