I have had an identical experience with…

I have had an identical experience with this company to Mandy Brice, the same jeans they were awful. No idea the product was unreturnable as advertising says ‘easy returns’ they eventually offered me £7 which I rejected. I have asked to escalate. Did you get any further with them?

AVOID THIS COMPANY

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I ordered a pair of jeans
When they finally arrived they are far too big & poor quality.
Tried to email them.
It bounces back.
They put a "thank you" piece of card in with jeans with their apparent email address on it to contact them.
It does not exist!
Finally found another email for them.
They wouldn't accept I brought the jeans from them even though I sent them screenshots of my order with their details on it.
They eventually replied asking what problems I've got. Already told them jeans are too big and poor quality!
They now want photos of packaging as dont believe its from them.
Even though It obviously is as you can see their company name on the screenshot!
I gave them all my details plus screenshot of my order.
This is more than enough, asked them to just tell me how to return them and get my money refunded.
They would not answer my question how to return the jeans.
They now want a photo of product code. There is not one on bag or jeans anywhere.
They want a photo of the WAYBILL and SKU and to make sure its in Jpg format no bigger than 1mb.

Ive now just received an email saying will I accept £4 and keep the jeans & sell them on to another individual!!!!
They've obviously accepted I purchased the jeans from them now.
I paid them £28.99.
Ridiculous. That will be a no!!
Obviously a tactic to not pay me!
£28 out of pocket.....but my fight will continue!!
**update 2 on 13th Feb....
Offered me £7 "compensation" and keep the poor quality jeans that are too big.
Replied NO! And that £7 is not 'compensation' as they have my £28.99.

Received this email from seller (C &P)...
If you return the product, you will not only have to pay high shipping costs, but you will also get nothing, which is really not cost-effective.
If you accept compensation, you can get both items and compensation.
You can even give the items to your family or friends. So you have no loss at all.
BEARING IN MIND THE 'COMPENSATION' WAS £4 or £7 and I paid £28.99!
Im not giving up as I don't have money to waste.
I would give a minus if allowed!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A CON COMPANY IN CHINA SELLING POOR QUALITY GOODS.

Sent jeans back via EVRI costing £9.90
So £28.99 and £9.90 out of pocket!
On 14th February posted jeans back through paypal (paid via paypal as didn't want to give my card to a company I dont know)
Filled in all the details they wanted.
Attached screenshots of the parcel with postage label on it at post office and EVRI invoice with sellers name and address visible.
STILL NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER OR PAYPAL.
Its now 5th March!

Terrible company with awful service

Terrible company with awful service. They take no responsibility for their own errors and blame everyone else. I bought a mug for a Christmas present ang gave them plenty of time to deliver it before Christmas, 3 weeks to be exact, it took almost a month, so too late for Christmas. Every time I contacted them they offered no apologies, just blamed the courier.
Avoid these clowns at all costs
