I’ve been using this joint supplement for a few weeks and have already noticed a real difference. The stiffness in my knees—especially in the mornings and after running—has eased, and I feel much more mobile overall.

I’m a 62 year old woman and I’ve been taking this supplement for almost 4 months.
It has made a noticeable difference in my ability to participate in my twice weekly tango class.
I used to sit out some of the couples’ dance exercises because I couldn’t depend upon my knees or hips.
But about a month in, I noticed I was much less stiff and no longer had pain after class!
I’m not saying I’m the star dancer but I’m certainly able to participate more than I could before.
And that makes me very happy.
