This course enables participants to have insights into their potential and areas for improvement but that is standard for leadership courses. What is special about this one is the emphasis on the journey, starting with Module 1 but doesn't end with Module 3. You feel, by the end of the course, that it's actually a new beginning and now the "real work" starts! Stifinder has shown me how to be a leader from within and outside myself. The course has taught me to look at myself and those around me in a completely different way.

Having had the Chance to attend the 3 weeks of Stifinder/Pathfinder Programm, it did change a lot my perception of life. It gave me many tools to be better as a person and as a leader. This a truly fantastic training for the one being open to learn more on themselves !

It has been the most extraordinary and amazing programme I have ever participated in. It makes a life changing difference. I wish I had participated on Pathfinder Programme earlier in my life.
