I placed an order with Sticky Zoo on the 12th of May and was fully aware of the shipping process and timeframe stated on their website, so I was prepared to be patient. However, I received a shipment notification on the 14th of May, and since then there has been absolutely no movement or update whatsoever.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have emailed them numerous times since the 14th of May and have not received a single response. I also tried contacting their WhatsApp number, which was completely unhelpful, no assistance, no clarification, and no effort to resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, my local delivery company confirmed that while they have a shipment policy in place for the parcel, they have not actually received anything from the retailer. Every time I communicated this to Sticky Zoo’s customer service, I was met with silence.

I genuinely wish I had paid closer attention to the Trustpilot reviews before ordering, because after my experience, it seems this is not an isolated issue but an ongoing problem. Extremely disappointing experience.

Do NOT trust the 5 star ratings, I doubt they are true.

Do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Do not buy from this website! I ordered phone strap, looks nothing like pictures, poor quality, definitely not hand made, plastic cheep looking. The product is not authentic it is shipped from China, packed in a plastic bag and was smelling so bad I am not sure what they were doing with it. No return label provided had to pay myself to return it, no communication, had to do charge back with the bank. SCAMERS!

I bought the surf cat grip iphone 15 case. The description on the website says the grip is magnetic and the case is magsafe compatible. It arrived from China and turns out the grip is just attached with a sticker, and there is no magnet in the case.
When I asked to return it (the website says it is free, no questions asked), then got a reply that I need to send it on my own expense, and this is a cross-border package.
I used to be very pleased with their products in the past, but now it seems it’s just a scam.

All of this information is misleading. It took 6 days and a complaint from me for them to dispatch my order. 13 days later I still did not receive.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They said 3-5 business days for shipping. I wait over a week and email them when the product will be ship, next day I received email with a tracking number with a carrier I never heard of, the tracking number show nothing for the next 4 days. I end up have to call my bank to dispute the transaction.

Super cute, quality handmade key chain. My key chain gave my purse a whole new personality! Love it!

Long time to receive, not in a box as advertised. Not a luxury item. The notebook is leather but the animal and keyring are fake leather. They came in a paper envelope not boxes as advertised. £100 is far too expensive. I only purchased because it was Mickey mouse. I have to pay to return as well and waiting for confirmation how to do that. I have a feeling it is a Chinese company using cheap labour becausey return stated contacting the retailer to arrange return. Their website is selling the products but not the main company manufacturing them. AVOID!!!!

Ordered a product they didn’t deliver after 2 weeks and now 3 weeks later no refund. Think it’s a fraud site so be super careful.

My order was missing an item and I think the quality wasn’t there for me. Got in touch with customer service several times to start the process but not getting any response. Very disappointed.

The positive reviews for this brand are as fake and mass produced as their products. Extremely misleading marketing makes customers believe they are ordering a product from Europe - advertising French leather and Dutch origins - then once you hit order - after much delay - your order ships from an undisclosed factory in China. It then takes almost a month to arrive.

I ordered a black and white cat, and a black and white dog charm as a gift for someone. The white "leather" of the dog was a dirty off-white color, and the cat was a bright white. So the charms cannot be worn together side by side because the dog looks worn and dirty in comparison. The charms also reek of chemicals and neither smells like leather at all.

Buyer beware - this brand has fantastic online marketing and branding, but it is misleading expensive plastic junk masquerading as leather you can buy at any touristy or tchotchke store. Stick to known brands for your charms if you care about real leather and quality.

I’m actually obsessed 😭🩷 From the moment I opened my package, StickyZoo made the whole experience feel so special. The bubble wrapped shipping kept everything perfectly protected, and the chic textured box? So luxe. It already felt like a little gift to myself before I even saw the case.

And the phone case… STOP. It’s the cutest thing ever. The croissant design is adorable but still super clean and aesthetic, and the quality is so good. It feels sturdy, smooth, and fits perfectly. It does not feel flimsy at all, which I really appreciate.

Honestly, StickyZoo did not just make a phone case, they created an experience. It made me feel like a princess opening it 🥺✨ Thank you for designing something that genuinely makes a girlie’s heart so happy!

I really love that , what ever I order is full of details and it's so hard for me to wait for receiving that.The delivery time is usually more than 10 days for me or more but as I am never in rush I am ok with that.

Very poor different shades of gold only one with sticky zoo motif , very slow delivery , despite saying within 3-4 days , waited 2 weeks , when trying to chase me order no one would reply , cheap tatt don’t waste ya money

item shipped quickly and arrived exactly as promised in the pictures! i was very surprised by the quality of the charm. i got the one with the fan because i usually run hot and i love that it has so many different speeds and packs a punch for such a portable fan! not to mention, it looks super cute on my bag as well! i’ll definitely be ordering more charms for my other bags!
