Disappointing and Frustrating Experience
I had a very poor experience with StickerForYou.com. I placed an order and was never sent a proof before production, which led to the order being done incorrectly. I clearly explained by email what was wrong and asked for it to be corrected, but instead of helping, they told me I needed to go back to the website and place a brand-new order.
That made no sense—if the original order was misunderstood, placing the exact same order again could have easily resulted in another incorrect order.
When I finally received the product, the name and title were much smaller than expected. I emailed again asking if they could simply make the text larger, and once again I was told to start the entire process over from the beginning.
At that point, I passed and asked where I could complete a customer satisfaction survey about my experience. I never received any response.
Overall, the customer service was unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to fix problems they created. I would not recommend based on my experience.

After two months I have not received my order. FedEx has not received the order. Stickeryou.com has not responded to any of my emails to their support department. I had to file a chargeback. Very poor experience.

Terrible customer service. There is no consistency with whom you deal with through email in customer service; I have spoken to A*y, J**e, C*****y. When dealing with the Orders On Hold team, you don't even know who you're emailing. I tried using the Chat feature on the website in order to get a human to respond - no such luck.
I placed an order for magnets and stickers for the opening of our small business. I received one email informing me the magnet was placed on hold due to the font size and the QR code not being the best size. I resent copies of the jpegs I was using and asked if they were sufficient for them to assist me in correcting the size. Orders On Hold department then sent me a new preview (mock-up) showing me the new version and asked my approval. I gave the okay and they sent it for print. I then received a second email saying my stickers were on hold for the same font and QR size issue. I repeated the same, sent the jpegs and asked them to assist me and send me a new preview. The next email I received was that the stickers were sent to print. I was not given an opportunity to preview the sticker like the magnets and when I saw what they sent to print, there was a spelling error. I immediately emailed them to make them aware I had not approved the stickers and about the spelling error. No response. I then found their telephone number on Facebook and called, no answer but I left a voicemail, again no call back. I finally received an email back 3 days later stating that their production process is automated and cannot make any manual changes.
How about just spell checking? I responded that I was not provided a preview after the initial correction to the hold. Then 2 days later was advised by another customer service email that in order to ship out to customers without delay, once a new file (jpeg) is provided they just send it to production. Which was not the case with my magnets where I was provided a preview. Then she adds, here's the link to our hold status policy and unfortunately your stickers have already been shipped, sorry for the inconvenience.
Now I have 300 stickers with a spelling error on them.
I may have to use them but you sure can bet that I will tell every one of those 300 people where I purchased them from and to never use StickerYou.
Please learn from my mistake. Don't use a company with slow response time to reach out to their customers, that do not use common sense when they see a spelling error to just correct it or contact the client about it and then cannot take any accountability and will only hide behind statements of this is what our policy states.

My order shipped 15 days ago and I still don't have it. I live 1 1/2 hours from their location. When I asked, they said shipping is 8-12 business days. I don't know who they are using for shipping, but even Canada Post would have got it to me in 5 days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed this order 2 weeks ago. I chose this company over another because the estimated timing was a day earlier. I gave myself an extra week, just incase of carrier issues. I ordered this for a project that had a timeline. The order was made fast, within 48 hr of ordering and I received an email with tracking. I kept checking the tracking. No updates. It took them over a week for it to scan into the usps tracking. I contacted customer service via email and they said they had to physically drive it over the boarder. Ridiculous. Why dont they state that from the beginning. The lable was printed but took until the time of the Estimated date I was suppose to receive to actually be in the U.S.!!! Ridiculous! I still haven't received my item. Tracking doesn't show it even left NY (after them driving it across the boarder). I wish I never took the chance and ordered. The customer service representative that I was emailing back and forth could care less. This cost me business. I would highly recommend using another company if it's a time sensitive order. Unless you have a month to wait.
**update** although I was originally frustrated with the time it took to receive my order (which was too late to be used) the actual quality of the product was impeccable & I would try again in the future with a less time sensitive order. Thank you for your response and accountability.
