Stickers were defective

The stickers we ordered were very difficult to pull off from their backing. We could not distribute them this way to 1,000 people attending our event, as was our intention.

When I complained that the cut of the stickers was defective, rather than correct the defect they sent me an instructional video.

Never mind that this did not correct the difficulty my customers would have had. Can you imagine needing an instructional video to show you how to peel off the backing of a sticker?

Unacceptable and sort of mind-boggling, from a company that, given its name, should know its stickers.
