Following a review I made re lost dress…
Following a review I made re lost dress which I had returned as unsuitable.
The parcel had been lost in post due to wrong address which at the time I took partial responsibility for .
The owner of Stick and Ribbons daughter very kindly pursued
the lost parcel and eventually found it .
As a response to that and although the return date had long passed,the owner sent a partial refund .
I have to say with this in mind , I will continue to shop with Stick and Ribbon and would undoubtedly recommend.

Thank you Pat for your updated review. We were very pleased to trace the parcel and issue the refund. Just to confirm the partial refund was in fact a full refund of the dress (less postage costs on the initial purchase).
Great customer service
I was concerned about ordering something from overseas. But it got here and I was able to pick it up at my local post office. I was in touch with StickandRibbon. Customer service was very attentive and helpful . The dress that I ordered fit me beautifully. So glad that ordered from this company.

I was contacted to confirm that any customs charges would be ok and the team even tried to determine what the charge would be. They also measured the pants for me to ensure the inseam was correct. Excellent customer service!!!
