The most untrustworthy and dishonest mechanic shop in new zealand
I have never encountered a more shady and un-trustworthy buisness in my life!
This is not a kiwi owned and operated buisness which is reflective in their dealings
They are liars, straight up dirty liars
Vehicle was brought in for a downpipe gasket flange replacment
-stichbury tries saying I need new Extractors
-when questioned why, he said "best be safe than sorry"
-I had just paid $1,200 for a another technician to remove extractors take to an engineer and have machined
(Stichubury was not informed of this work, so they didnt know i was ready to catch the rats that they are)
-after questioning their reccomendation, I informed them I did not want this work done and I have just had it done
-they then, go ahead and do unauthorized work, that was specifically informed it did not need to be done
-they then demand a high invoice for work that was not needed, had already been done and was Un authorized
How desperate must a buisness be to do this kind of conduct ?
Upon calling to talk to the owner, I was constantly met with lies of the receptionist saying "hes not here" followed by her putting the phone to her chest and I can here the guy telling her what to say
He is a little kid that avoids responsibility, lies like his finances depends on it. And avoids all proffessional conduct to resolve the motion
-they then made a claim that the engineer who did the work has done it wrong and they should be liable to pay the mechanics bill
-I call the engineer and get him to call the mechanic shop
-in which the receptionist once again says the same lie. "Hes not here"
-I have sent an email 5 days ago requesting the invoice work from their engineer to prove they even did this work
(Which i honestly believe they havent done and are trying to double charge for work that they havent done)
I have requested their engineering shop details to contact to confirm they did what they said they did
5 days no response
Now the are threatening to charge storage fees
Honestly, this buisness is going to go under and the people who operate should be deported
Never have I EVER experienced such terrible horrible ridiculous lies
Hes not even a man to talk about it so hides behind a receptionist he continues to whisper telling her what to say
Sort your shit out stitchbury, this is the first of many reviews that needs to be shared
AVOID THIS BUISNESS LIKE THE PLAGUE
If they're ready to be honest lets see them answer this in your response to the community on this thread
1- Why do you say every time your technican isn't there, followed by putting the phone down and we can here him talking to you?
2- Why wouldn't you talk with the engineer i have already paid to do the work you have just repeated??
3-Why are you lieing about not recieveing my email?
4-Do you actually think by threatening to charge storage costs while still avoiding all communication is reasonable?
5-Why did you do unauthorized work which was specially told you was not needed?
Guys you got called out, and by some one thats not scared to call your bull shit out
Already by trying to avoid responbility further, this has resulted in the truth being shared here
