Scam, product never delivered.

I bought an 2in1cordless8inch chainsaw with polesaw an 2 batteries its been 9weeks now. I've rang nearly every freight company's and know knows the shipping number because it's the wrong number

Bad, good never delivered and mail never responded..and also everything was paid....I think it is a ghost company.

Ordered goods shipped 24th Feb still not got 18/4/24. SAID IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. Emailed several times. last email 3 April checking with post office, 18th April no response SO ASKED FOR REFUND today but I don't think I will get it.
BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS. If I COULD I WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STAR RATING.

Where is the 0 star rate. This is a scam company who can't tell you who their courier is even though the fake tracking system insists your package was delivered at 5:00AM, then when questioned, insist one of your family or neighbour must have it. AT 5:00 IN THE MORNING??? and no card left? Because it never left their "company" in the first place.

very bad betrayers and scammers,
payed the goods that never arrived.
sended me an delivery note that was a lie
hands off :-(
they even answered to me with silly excuses

I also did not receive the shipment from February 27, 2024 until April 9, 2024. What can you do about it? They do not respond to emails.

Fraud 100%. I ordered and paid for a pole chainsaw more than one month ago that NEVER arrived. They even have a "track your shipment" silly button that lies too, as it said that my order was delivered to me two days ago.
I also mailed them and never got a reply. I lost 45 euros.

I ordered a battery operated pole saw on 04/02/2024 from this company. They claim that the product was delivered and signed for on 18/03/2024. I never received the parcel.I have asked for a refund but it appears as though I have been scammed.

Did not receive my order

ordered the 3 in 1 laser welder end of January 24. tracking claims that the parcel was delivered. No parcel received! queried by sending several emails but no reply! This is a SCAM!!

The Same happened to me. I have not received my lasser Welding but the application says it has been delivered. I sent a refund request no one responded. I would like to advise everyone to stay far and away from this company because they are scammers. I have lost my money:(

Do not Use this fake address, didn't recieve my Laser Welding Machine, They said it was signed for, but I wasn't home and the package wasn't there.
