I called at 9:30 and Chris arrived, cleared the drains and had the roots cut out by 11am. Excellent work - I can't praise them highly enough. Professional, courteous and clean, all for a reasonable price. Excellent work.
Rang Steve reporting blocked drain, he arrived in under an hour and half an hour later the drain was unblocked. Excellent service and rapid response. Absolutely delighted.

We had a previous drain problem which Ryan Hastings put right and we have again employed him on 21 March 2023 to sort a further drainage problem which has arisen. Ryan kept us fully informed by phone as to the date and time he hoped to arrive and consequently did so. He undertook the work to be done without complaint and kept us fully informed throughout as to his progress. We are very happy with the work undertaken and the problem is now sorted. Will definitely recommend and employ Steve Hastings Drain Services again.
It was Xmas eve yesterday, had an overflowed toilet, it was evening time and Steve Hastings was here within half an hour as promised, unblocked my drains in quick time.Not only this but was such a pleasant and wellmannered man, very reasonable rate , other drain man kept me waiting 3 hours and no sign of him.Thank goodness it was Steve Hastings to the rescue , I'll be recommending him to my friends
