Was meant to be buy 3 get 2 free well they took 369 out off my acct .which meant we paid for free ones.
When I got them they were out date was use by march 2025.pretty bad
There's no one on the live chat and they dont get back to you.
I want my money back.

I ordered one bottle of ketosis tablets and I was charged for 5 bottles for $369.75. I then went to a chat box and the assistant claimed the cancellation of order and the next day, money was debited from my account.

They then put contact details for a Pharmacy in Auckland. If you call the number, it gets through a random Pharmacy. All the money gone and no one in the chat box responds to my refund query.

This is a scam.

They are as bad as any scammers!
I clicked on an order screen that showed $NZ73.00 then the order was confirmed for $NZ369.75!!! None of the chats or phone numbers were active. The site 'appeared to indicate' the company is in Western Australia.
I would NEVER recommend dealing with a company that misleads customers like that!!

Criminal scammers. Avoid at all costs. Sent extra order I didn't ask for. Had to cancel my debit card and bank was tricked into thinking Sterling were refunding me, when they had no intention of doing so.Returned goods and have not received a refund, just constant prevarication via misleading ' Helpline' bots.
A shameless bunch of crooks, who I am surprised are able to get away with what amounts to straightforward theft.

Ordered their product, was charged alot more than advertised, order never arrived, had to dispute with the bank & luckily got refunded

I am in Canada and ordered glyco care from an ad with Dr Barbara O’Neill got the invoice which was in New Zealand funds which surprised me. I took a picture of the advertised ingredients but when the order came the label ingredients were different so yes this is a scam as I was mislead on what is in this product. I tried chatting but no one responded and I tried emailing too. I am very disappointed.

I did not agree to a RE-ORDER of your product. Sterling shipped a 2nd order without my approval and charged my account. They are scammers who keep shipping product and charging people's account without approval.

Again Sterling Vitamins have sent me an email to say that the next batch of vitamins are going to be sent to me. I emailed them not to send any more stuff and even tried to get on their live chat but it has been CLOSED SO THAT YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE DODGEY. I have had to cancel my credit card as I don't trust them at all. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. Brenda Fos

i ordered under the Canadian residence discount per bottle and they sent me an email charging me for 5 bottles while the deal was buy 3 +get 2 free. the cost should have been CAD$59.95/bottle x 3 bottles. they charged me $365.75 for 5 bottles. I live chat with them and they tried to offer me a discount in AUD$ ...Isnt this company in the USA?...trying to scam me. i told them to cancel my order but they refused but said instead they are authorized to offer me 2 bottles at AUD$122.95 so i can try the product. Then they ended the chat. I had to relog in to live chat and asked for the email cancellation on my first order and the email confirmation on my second order of 2 bottles that i was forced to buy...they told me i should receive those emails in 24 hours...we will see if that happens or not. will seriously think about re ordering from this company. not reputable in my opinion. Will take up my concerns with the promoter of Glyco care diabetes medicine with Dr. Teresa Tam.

I recently bought vitamin C face serum & returned my original order but was given only $98.05 of the original cost which was $196.10 after they reduced the cost from $294.15
it cost 12.35 to return

I've placed an order for the product for parasites at the end of November. I still don't have received anything. I chat with their clientele services, which are just not helpful at all. They gave me the tracking number at least, which I never received when they shipped, usually all online companies send a tracking number by email with the order confirmation. Finally the package is at a Post Office far from my home instead of using a Delivery company like UPS or else, they use Canada Post Office and they're on strike. After reading reviews about the products, I'm loosing confidence in their efficiency. Cost me 214CA$ for 2 bottles. Their advertisment video was very well done tough to catch the most people they could.

The menup vitamin didn’t not work at all I bought 3 bottles I had 60 days to get refunded it was Les than 60 days and I found out it’s the chats is computer they have 100% bad feedback rips off klab

I just wrote a review. Saying this seems like a scam. I ordered 1 and am getting 5.
However I got through, via “Chat”. I got this message back.

Appears to be a total scam. Opted to buy 1 bottle and got charged for 4. Tried to cancel and they still charged me +/- R 1700.00. to date no delivery of any product.

My husband ordered from them 1 bottle but they charge for 4 bottles and they dedicated the money from my account and he never received anything you can't get hold of them no refund nothing and the live chats with Monika is just as bad

Do not buy I purchased 2 and get one free but it automatically put 5 and was charged 300.00 something for it ....tried to cancel the order but no luck ...send them emails but no luck ..so they got me got fu......... scammers

Just ordered to find out i am getting charged for 5 bottles when promo states buy 3 get 2 free bloody false advertising and once you do your final click you cannot change order, getting sick of these bloody companys ripping people off, it will be interesting to see how long delivery takes. Take care when ordering.

The check out is set up to be completely misleading. I hit on buy 2 get one free- they show 2 containers + 1 with free written under it. At no stage do they show you an amount that you are being charged..untill...AFTER you have paid. So, I was charged 3x the amount. Their online 'chat' explanation was a joke.. very misleading, only makes you suss really... over 2 weeks later, with 2x follow ups from me, not a peep from them and no update on my delivery at all..

AVOID AT ALL COST !! SCAM ALERT !!SCAM to the "n"th degree. The fact that this company is even allowed to operate is a testament to the fact ASIC & Fair trading authorities are toothless tigers. Right from the start they use misleading tactics, from price through to getting charged extra at checkout. My order was delivered ti the wrong address according to Aust post who referred me back to Sterling Vitamins, who stated that they delivered it to the address I provided. When I asked for proof of that address they would not provide it. After I asked for a refund they told me to give them my correct address & they would resend. When I insisted on a refund I was told that was not their policy & if there was anything else they could help me with $368 down the drain. So many negative reviews on other sites so time to add Trust Pilot to the list
