The order arrived after a month and a half but nothing else i am satisfied

Received our order today, due to the high volume this month with Christmas, it took a while in transit though supplier was very helpful and I am very satisfied with purchase and their services.

Too bad I cannot give them negative stars. DO NOT BUY HERE !! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, where one pair did not fit. I asked what the best way to exchange was and they asked me to send it back to them. Which I did and cost me an additional $80. Now customs has it and these people will not go pick them up. They have not given me my money back. This has gone on since the beginning of November 2024 and it is now January 30, 2025. They always have some excuse as to why they cannot get the shoes… it’s too far, etc. I did what was asked of me and NOTHING. DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I have communicated through WhatsApp to your company giving them all receipts. You were the one who told me to return the sneakers and that you would refund me the money and I had to pay $80 to ship them to you. I have given you the address of where they have them in your area for pick up. They arrived there beginning of January and it is now February and you have yet to refund me my money. I want my refund!!

Ridiculous. I’ve returned my good and despite a refund being “processed” I’ve not recieved any of my money back after over a month of waiting. Pretty sure this company is illegitimate and I will be seeking a claim for the money owed to me.

Robbed me of my money I've paid for order number #5525 and they have not refunded me fraud team will help me but stressed and I will be visiting the company step up sneakers oi oi definitely fraud and watch out I'll be knocking on your door soon.
