My 2 year old absolutely loves it! She loves the freedom it gives her to join us cooking / having a cup of tea and even washing the dishes!
Wish I’d got it sooner and delighted to know I’ll get so much use out of it. It’s so stable and looks lovely too.

Very easy to order and put together my 16month granddaughter is thrilled with it

Delivered a few days after they were due to come back into stock, but arrived and put behind a refuse bin as requested.

The Kitchen helper was easy to assemble and our granddaughter got how to use it straught away and loves it

Product is great, robust and easy to put together. Good quality plywood. No sharp edges, safe for toddlers. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, was I had to chase for a delivery update, which was answered almost instantly, but would have preferred to have had that without having to ask.

Initially I ordered the varnished version of the step but, only a few days after placing my order, I had an email to say that there was a delay with the varnished step. I was offered to choose a different version and was offered a £20 discount as a goodwill gesture.
I chose the white step instead which arrived in time for Christmas as it was a gift for my 18 month old granddaughter.
I was very impressed with the communication between myself and a lady called Emma. A personal email from the company founder was very much appreciated.
My granddaughter loves the step which is sturdy and well made.

Updated emails when the product came back into stock and when it had been dispatched. Grandson loves the step up stool, makes him feel part of the mealtime preparation.

Being in the kitchen is so much more enjoyable!

A lovely stool that was easy to put together. My daughter loves being with us in the kitchen and helping out with simple jobs to prepare meals and snacks.

Product seems like good quality and my kid loves it. The communication from this company was really really bad though.

Does exactly what we want. Building was simple and seems nice and strong. Our son is very happy with it.

My daughter was really please with the step up for her son. He now is able to see what she is doing and is happy.

Had to email regarding my concerns over the delay in delivery. Received a prompt response with reassurance over the delivery. Item arrived a day later. My grandson loves his stepup!!

Haven’t received my kitchen helper and ordered in November

The step up is brilliant and our toddler loves it. It arrived with a couple of scratches on but the customer service team were great at sorting it out. We're really pleased with it and would recommend. It's easy to put together, my toddler even helped me.

Super communication, item came very quick, the team rectified an error on my delivery address so quickly, I am very grateful! My son absolutely loves his new toddler tower!

We love our Step Up baby! My daughter often prefers to stand in it to eat her meals than sit in her high chair!
It's also made tasks so much easier and fun now we can get her involved. We now have a little helper for things like cooking and washing up! She loves to be included and her Step Up is used so much

Very promt to alert us to delivery issue and offer either alternative or money back. We opted for another colour and it was posted to us with urgency and apology for delay caused. Very polite and friendly staff. Will definitely reuse and recommend.
