I used Step Legal as the solicitor for purchasing my first home and couldn't recommend them enough!
They were diligent with their work and helped push the seller's solicitor for a speedy completion. And they were always helpful on email and on the phone for any queries I had.
There were no hidden costs, my final fee came out to the same as the quote I initially received.

A great team
Our experience was great. I would definitely use step legal again, if we were to buy another house. They pushed the sale along for us as best as they could, it was a longer process than expected due to the sellers solicitors taking so long, but lauren and her team kept on at them for us, to get the sale done.

A Breath of Fresh Air.
It was a while since we had bought and sold a property and the estate agent recommended Step Legal.
From the onset, we were not disappointed.
We received emails straight away to complete and as we are of the older generation very poor with technology. When we rang their office, our call was answered very quickly and we were guided through what steps we needed to take.
How lovely is that in today's world of getting left hanging on the end of the phone for hours and hours.
We have spoken to various members of the Step Legal team at Festival Park.
Each was so polite, informative and a breath of fresh air.
Initially we dealt with Adam Hussain, that sale fell through and we then dealt with Jasmine Ellis.
Both members of the Step Legal team, a total asset to the company.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
