Deeply Disappointed - Not What Was Ordered or Expected
As someone who appreciates thoughtful floral design, I was extremely disappointed with my recent order from Stephanie's Flowers. I specifically requested a deluxe white basket adorned with a large purple ribbon, featuring a tasteful mix of light and dark purple blooms--daisies, roses, and carnations. What I received was not even close.
Instead, a clear glass vase arrived, tied with a yellow ribbon, filled primarily with yellow daisies and what appeared to be filler greenery bordering on weeds. There was no thematic cohesion, no elegance, and certainly nothing resembling the deluxe arrangement I paid for. The substitution of both container and color palette was not only unauthorized but entirely inappropriate given the context of the gift.
Mistakes happen, but this level of disregard for customer instruction and quality control is unacceptable. Stephanie's Flowers did not just miss the mark--they delivered an entirely different product. This order was placed via Teleflora from out of state, and after reading the reviews, it appears that the 1 star reviews are primarily from people ordering online, and the local orders are 5 star.
I cannot recommend them, especially for important occasions where accuracy and presentation matter.
