We ultimately had 3-4 people work in this as we kept being assigned new advisors. This created a lot of delay. Additionally, we had to keep clarifying the same questions over and over. Lastly, even when everything was supposedly completed it took months to file the returns.

There was a bit of shuffling around in terms of who I was working with during different phases of the process. That wasn't always clearly communicated. There were also some automated emails that did not correspond with the phase of the process I was currently working on.

Other than that it has been a good experience to date.

nightmare with the ERC processing. The least smooth transaction I have ever experienced. I was hoping that this company would make this easy, but from the get go it has been a nightmare. Different people saying they are in charge, lack of communication, having to send the exact same requested documents as many as 5 times because they cant seem to keep track of anything- and now we are 4 months in and they havent even sent the paperwork to the IRS because they claim they have been working on an internal processing error for well over a month. Totally not a dependable company to do this with. Couldnt be much more desappointed or irritated.

A portion of my ERC 941-X were filed incorrectly, inadvertently including the owner salary, which necessitated a re-filing, and a refund of monies to the IRS which is complicated and runs the risk of red flags for auditing.

They were great and did what they said they would do. Pleased with turn around time. Would highly recommend!

Too many people that I had to deal with regarding our ERTC application. Then I had to stay on the processors when only 1 of my 2 companies were processed. It took more time than it should have and my wasted time wasn't compensated with anything - not even apologies. Your company made 12.5% on processing forms and showed no urgency.

Everyone at this company has been so helpful. They have been able to answer all my questions. Help me with all of my forms and follow up on all the details. It has been a pleasure to work with all of them.

The paperwork for the PPP loan forgiveness and the application for the ERC's was too complicated for the average business owner to handle alone. The time and chance of error was just too high. Stenson Tamaddon did a great job and has really upped their game on communication with their clients. The fact that they have a way to stay on top of the paperwork with the IRS is a huge bonus. Would recommend to anyone.
