Items fine, customer service nonexistant
I sent the items back because they didn't fit, and hopefully I will actually get a refund — when I wrote in asking for information on starting a refund I never got a response. Quality of product seems fine but customer service is lacking.

Amazing customer service, quality items
The Ballet shoes and leotard I received for my daughter fit perfectly and are lovely to look at! Stelle were so helpful when my order appeared to be arriving a day late despite paying for priority shipping. They responded to my email so quickly and contacted USPS to see what they could do. They kept me up to date with all the tracking and the package ended up coming a day early! It's hard to find customer service like that anymore!
