Finally a recruitment company that actually helps. John found me during my job search and gave me that extra hand to find something suitable. Quick and efficient regarding updates or scheduling. Me and John had a very good communication which not every recruiter does - they are mostly interested just to place you in a job for their commission, but John at Stellar acknowledged every small detail I was looking for. Now I am excited to start my new role. P.s. under 2weeks I had first and second interview scheduled with updates very promptly! I would totally recommend.

Stella Select have been nothing short of outstanding. They understand me as a candidate and understand what my career needs are. Rhiannon is Excellent!
The job hunting processes can be so nerve-racking, but having a great recruitment consultant such as Rhiannon can really make a difference. She managed to secure me a role very quickly. She understood my needs and we built a great relationship. Thanks to her, the whole process has been a breeze. I would especially like to highlight Rhiannon’s communication skills, as she consistently gave me updates and made sure to answer all my questions throughout, leaving no room for confusion. Great experience
John at Stellar Select contacted me directly regarding a role I was interested in. Since, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has supported me massively during the recruitment process. Although I was unfortunate and did not receive an offer from the first role, I know John worked with the Business' recruitment team to put me forward for a similar role in a different department, which I have now received an offer for. Even after the Offer was issued, John has been a great support with negotiations and has helped me secure a much better contract than initially offered. I have used Rosa at Stella since 2010, for both my own roles and when looking to grow teams. She is by far the best recruiter I have ever worked with. Professional, understanding, knowledgeable and produces excellent candidates and great roles. I would not use another recruitment firm, for either my own roles or looking for staff/candidates.
