I ordered a COC document on February 28, 2026, for a Peugeot 307 because I moved to Italy and I can’t apply for Italian license plates without it. It is also outrageous that an A4 PDF file costs 220... See more

Avoid at all costs…
For months tried to contact to arrange collection of can as agreement was coming to an end, constant letters reminding me but every time I rang could not get through to anyone.
After constant emails, t/c's eventually got the van collected !!
The next ordeal, they stole money out of my account without prior knowledge.
Have emailed, tried call to contest this and still not getting anywhere.
Worst company
Worst company. Had problems with my finance. They would not pass on my own information as requested which was needed for me to settle and sell my car.
I rang 11 times.
a male family member rang on behalf of me and he got it the first phone call. MY OWN INFORMATION.. that they wouldn't pass on to me, the actual client who has finance with them. SHOCKING.
Poor Service and Awful Customer Care
My Vehicle (DS9) broke down on the 11//11/24 with an Electrical Fault that wouldn't allow me start the car , the AA attended in a timely manner but unfortunately were unable to fix , so the car would need to be recovered to a dealership , that's when the fun began !!! it couldn't be seen at any dealership until the 18/12/24 !!! and I would need to ring the RAC to organise the recovery myself on the 16/12 , as I write today (30/12) the car is still in Stelantis and You Manchester no nearer to resolution , DS Assist put me in a hire car on the 23/12 but that only lasted four days , it should now be dealt with by the dealership , but they are unwilling to help , so as of today (30/12) I have a no car , no resolution or time frame as to when mine will be fixed !!! so I have a warranty that is worthless , to say the customer service fell below my expectations is an understatement , please don't buy one of these cars !!! nobody knows how to fix them when they go wrong and it takes an eternity just to book them in
Avoid!!!!
Not my choice of provider for my car finance. I was automatically switched to them from Vauxhall finance 🤷♀️ They take money from your account sporadically. Avoid !! Luckily my finance is due to end.
The worst service provider I have ever…
The worst service provider I have ever come across. their subsidairy, free2move, tried to charge me 578.00 for end of lease costs that didnt exist, took the money from my account without permission and then refused me right of appeal/dispute. After much fighting ( including with Stellantis, their owner.....utterly useless!!) they gave me back as ' a goodwill gesture', £ 400.00. Why ? because over many months i had to prove they and their collection agents lied and were incompetent.....PLEASE PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THEM OR STELLANTIS, THEY DONT CARE AND YOU WILL REGRET IT
Problem after Problem after only 4 months
I waited months for this car after only 4 months, it died on me @ a RR crossing & my rear AC was not blowing cold. Got it in the shop & 2 week later they "replaced the batteries (which made it die while sitting at the crossing - NOT TRUE) & replaced parts in the rear AC". At 6.5 months the navigation stopped working, the dealership did a reset, which didn't work. While waiting for a loaner for over 2 months, my check engine light came on & I lost acceleration power. The dealerships says they can't see the light came on at all & they find NO problem with the engine & don't know if or why that would have happened. 3 different times, the car has slammed in park while I was backing up & I couldn't get it to do anything until I turned the car off & restarted the car. My tires have uneven wear with only 9,000 miles - dealer told me probably came from the factory out of alignment. Dealership tells me the AC is working to factory standards, it blows @ 69 degrees when it's 73 degrees outside. That is NOT acceptable. They tell me that is factory standard & it will blow about 10 hotter out of the rear AC. I want Stellantis to do a buy back of this piece of crap..they tell me under 10,000 miles & under 12 months to be eligible , BOTH of which apply to me. The dealerships says they "can't" duplicate any of the problems, I am stuck with a very expensive car that has continual problems & JEEP won't even acknowledge there is a problem. This is HORRIBLE & everyone needs to know they will NOT stand behind their product! My caseworker with Stellantis says if the dealership says it works then that is what we go with.
