No customer service
Since i bought my e - bike more then a year ago, the battery case and lock was broken . Somebody came once and tried to fix it but this didnt work. Since then nobody ever helped to fix the bike again . You can not call the customer service to talk to somebody , they dont react on emails and you do not get an appointment to get it fixed within free customer service. I understand they got bank robbed - but if you keep on with the Business somehow then you should get some sort of help for such an expensive bike.
Poor Quality and Poor Service
I bought a brand new electric bike from Stella. It broke within 6 months. The only option to get is fixed is pay 30 euro for them to come to your house, or bring it to a Stella shop, which are all very far away. (I cannot bike there as my bike is broken, and it's not accessible by public transportation) They give you a service appointment 2-3 weeks later, and during weekday-work hours. So if you have to work Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00 you need to take time off for the appointment.
I've had the bike for less than a year and it broke again. I waited weeks for the appointment just to receive a phone call saying the mechanic is sick, and the person replacing them doesn't have the part for my bike. I need to wait again! I took time off of work for this appointment and I haven't been able to use my bike for weeks because of this. The bike must be poorly made because I only use it to bike to work, and keep it in a garage when I'm not using it. A brand new bike shouldn't brake this badly in such a short time. The fact that you have to pay and wait weeks to get it fixed is ridiculous. Don't buy Stella, save your time and money for a brand that is actually reliable.

Good price, but beware of some issues
The main bicycle components appear to be of good quality, but there are significant issues with the secondary components and finishing. The integrated lock cap is cracking due to vibrations and resulting stress at the connection point to the frame. The paint is peeling off easily, not from impact but from weather exposure and other environmental factors. Bolts frequently come loose and get lost. Additionally, the service is very uncoordinated and often extremely poor. They sometimes charge for repairs that were previously stated to be covered under warranty, so be cautious about this!

Worse service ever
It’s my second Stella bike. I had a problem with my 3000 euros bike. I can’t use it and I use it for work. 2 weeks before somebody comes!!! He came this morning and of course, he doesn’t have the spare part and I now have to wait another 3 WEEKS for them to come back.
inacceptable!!!!!!!
Definitely my last bike with them…will go the bike dealer next home next time.

I am extremely disappointed with the service
I am extremely disappointed with Stella's services. We have 2 bicycles, and both need repairs, and we have had 3 very polite employees but they have not resolved the problems. Last week I was on 2 calls for more than 1 hour each, I waited so long that the line hung up, I finally got it, and yesterday the employee said he only had to fix 1, and today I find out that the problem continues, I want and need an answer, and the bike is still under warranty.

Unhelpful costumer service
Although the bike was in the store, I have to wait 3 weeks for the bike to be delivered.
The costumer service via WhatsApp was clueless and sounded rude.I contacted via WhatsApp because I wanted to cancel the order but they did nothing only insist that I should pay a fine if I wanted to cancel the order. When I asked how much it is they avoided answering. But when I called the costumer service and finally after 30 minutes of waiting on the line I successfully managed to cancel the order,they told me that I have to wait for a call from a ,,colleague’’,after 1 day no call.

Our bike was tested and later delivered to our home. The people helping us were very nice and compentent in explaining things. Bike rides great!

The bike itself is fine, customer service was not
The bike itself is fine, but the customer service was very disappointing. The wait for delivery was much longer than foreseen, there was no communication, no one picked up the customer service telephone lines. We had to go back to the store where we made the purchase to find out where my bike was - nearly 3 months after the order. The bike handover was done very well, once I actually got the bike. However it was scheduled for the afternoon and the man showed up in the morning, lucky I was home.
