Very good customer service, had a query and Sarah sorted things out for me very quickly
I recently purchased hearing aids from Steezia, and while the product itself unfortunately wasn’t the right fit for me personally, I felt it was important to leave a review about the excellent customer service I received.
As a first-time hearing aid user, I initially had some difficulty with comfort and feedback while wearing them. I contacted customer support and they provided helpful advice, suggestions for adjusting the fit, and guidance on different ear tips that might improve the experience. They were patient and clearly wanted to help me get the best possible use from the product.
After giving the hearing aids a fair trial period, it became clear that they simply weren’t suitable for my ears. When I explained this, the team handled the situation professionally and respectfully, guiding me through the return process and keeping communication clear throughout.
I would especially like to thank Sarah from the support team. She was extremely polite, responsive, and helpful during the entire process. Her communication was always prompt and professional, and she made sure everything was handled properly once the return was received and the refund processed.
Even though the hearing aids didn’t work out for me personally, the way the situation was handled shows that Steezia genuinely values customer service and fairness. That kind of support makes a big difference and is something I really appreciate.

the same day. Had to cancel my order for unforeseen medical problem with one of my ears. Lauren took up my case, cancelled the order and refunded my payment which appeared immediately back in my account. Fantastic service by their sales team. To be commended.
What was nearly a very quick delivery turned into a bit of a fiasco as the carrier had it showing as out for delivery one day, and the driver couldn't find my address. Next, I was informed it had missed that carrier and would be delivered the next day. The next day, I was informed that the package was on its way back to the sender.
I was copying Sarah at Steezia on the messages between the carrier and me, and when it became obvious that the carrier had lost the package (although the carrier was still investigating and not admitting it was lost) she decided enough was enough and arranged for a second package.
The product itself is amazing, and I have managed to keep them in all day without needing to adjust from the position I initially set them in. It's great that you can make adjustments from the app on my phone. The app is easy to install, but I would recommend following the instructions in the manual on the first pass. It really is easy once you know everything the app can help with.

I found the product to be extremely good for the price but sadly it was not suitable for me, possibly because l have quite severe hearing loss. Alice B was incredibly helpful while l was trying to set it up for my husband instead, but again it was not suitable & l decided to return it. Once again l found the return process to be quick & efficient.
Their products are really good value for money, I had to get in touch with their customer service, and dealt with Alice. She was polite and caring, nothing was too much trouble. The support I received is exactly what customer service should be. I highly recommend this company.
Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Be aware you are not dealing with a UK company, they are based in China. They didn't work for my hearing loss so I requested to return them under the 30 day money back guarantee and was told I had to return them to China which I did at my expense. Was advised by Steezia to write certain things on the package to ensure it "clears customs quickly". I followed the details exactly and its been stuck in customs awaiting "addressee to complete the Customs Declaration" for over a month. Check out the Steezia.com reviews and you'll see this is not an isolated incident. When I raised it with Steezia I was told "that we are not responsible (they are the addressee!) for completing customs declarations or retrieving parcels held at customs. Our warehouse can only process returns that are successfully delivered to our facility. Unfortunately, retrieving items from customs would incur additional import and service fees, which we are unable to cover". Could it be that following their procedure for sending it back and writing on the parcel is designed to make it get stuck in customs.....
I could except a one off deal off £100 refund, leaves me over £60 out of pocket
If they work and resolve your hearing loss your fine, if you need to return under their 30 day money back guarantee then that's when the issues start. You will not get the full amount refunded.

What an amazing company. There products are great and their prices are even better. Alice from the customer care team went above and beyond with a enquiry I had. The professionalism and attention to detail is flawless. I have had two hearing aids from steezia now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10
I returned the item due to misleading descriptions on the website as they say they are UK based operations and paying extra for faster delivery.
It took longer then how they imply on the website as the items ships from China after I purchased so I wouldn't have received it on time.
After agreeing on a return which I sent numerous photos and proof of postage on 08/05/2025, they still claim it has not been received 4 months later, though I can see the tracking it arrived in China posting months ago.
To date, 09/09/2025 I still have not received a refund and lost out on £140.49 & £9.40 on return.
I have never experienced such a service that misleads with their operation locations to get false confidence then ask for evidence of return and not follow through the the agreed and fair processes.
Purchased the Harmony RIc and delivery was received as promised, these hearing aids are absolutely remarkable and easy to adjust and use. Family & friends are so pleased that I can now include myself in conversations.

I have been trying the STZ harmony hearing aids. My hearing has deteriorated over the last few years and want to try an OTC hearing aid before having to shell out the large sums of cash for a prescription one. The STZ from Steezia does what it supposed to do, but I cannot get used to them. even using the smallest fitting supplied, and there's several. I have asked to return the hearing aids under their 30-Day Risk-Free Returns. The star rating is based on my experience so far. however I may have to update this based on their returns process. I'll update this review accordingly.
Alongside the great customer service, this company offers a very good product at a price we
could actually afford. I usually wear expensive hearing aids, but when I lost them it was too
soon to get another pair. The STZ Minitone has been a great choice in the meantime. I also
really like the portable charging case, as it gives me a safe place to store them when I need
to take them out. In the past I’ve had to keep them in my pocket and risk losing them, so this
has been a real improvement. Thank you, Steezia!
I’m still getting used to the hearing aids, wearing them for a few hours at a time. At first I had quite a
bit of feedback, but that turned out to be because of my smaller ears. Once I switched to the smallest
ear buds, what a world of difference! Thank you Alice for your patience and for working with me.
I tried the Mintone. It’s a great product and for the money a great value. I don’t use it a lot because I’mconstantly around noisy machinery but when I can use it, it’s always great with minimal feedback.
