A bag that is barely 4 months old and used a handful of times has an issue and I’ve been trying to get in touch for well over a week with not a single response. This is a shocking level of service and I expect better.

The order was placed easily, I saw the product in an actual store and it was amazing (chose to order online due to slight discount). I happily got the product and have a conversation with the co-founder who actually cared about the feedback.

Showed me the perfect item that I bought immediately. Came a couple of days later. Looks great. Functions great. How I want all purchases to work ideally.

The bag is the great, I’m very happy with the quality is fantastic. Shipping was quick and efficient.

This item is mislabeled. It’s more of a giant purse with arm handles than a real backpack.

All the process of buying the product was easy and fast. But when the product arrived I was disappointed because it came without any fabric bag to protect and save it. I have ordered something before and it was nicely presented.

I did a lot of research on weekend style bags as I was looking for something close to the size of a carryon luggage. The Weekender was exactly what I was looking for. The style, the workmanship and ability to stuff up to 3-4 days worth of clothes. Still have room for my iPad too. It’s great for the weekend getaway. But I travel a lot on business and this is perfect for my packing needs. I’ve had a few people already compliment me about the bag. Really glad I purchased and look forward to lasting me a few years.

Beautifully constructed with good details and sustainable materials. Has a lot of value considering the market space it competes in. Received really excellent service after experiencing some issues that was addressed promptly. Bravo! No doubt I'll be shopping again, I'm pleased with the product and the service.

Wasn't given any choices for returning my item which ended up being entirely too big and which I was unhappy with. I understand that the company doesn't want to lose money, but I am one customer and was even willing to purchase something else. To be told I would be responsible for $100+ in shipping costs if I just wanted to simply return something (that was new and unused) is wild to me for any size company. If the customer is first, I would hope that things that are very standard practice, like returns, would be prioritized. Now I am just stuck with a $200 bag that I will not use, and no options to return it unless I want it to turn into a $300 unused bag. Since I live in the US, I guess the returns process is nonexistent and everything is final sale.

Edit after owner reply: my review is fair, what I don’t believe is fair is the return policy outside of the EU. I’m getting the same bag and am just located in a different area. You stopped responding to my emails which is why I am no longer interested in an exchange - if shipping is $50 anyway (which I even offered to pay for, but was told I couldn’t) my understanding is that the profit margin would have been over $150 anyway excluding the cost to manufacture. It’s unfortunate, I was really hoping to love this company but because of a biased return policy based on profitability, I can’t. It is a shame because as I stated above, it is a very well made bag. I’d steer clear if you’re outside of their direct location to avoid the issues I experienced.
