Order paid but never even sent

Order paid but never even sent. Ordered straps for LC2 chairs and pre-paid them, but they were not sent. SteelClassic promised delivery weeks ago, but, so far nothing, and repeated emails have gone completely ignored. This company may be a total scam, and even if not, it should still be totally avoided, given their complete lack of customer service and responsiveness.

Waist of money. anything goes wrong forget your money

I ordered a set of replacement bands for my lounge chair, around 100 Euros and they sent them to the wrong address. They got returned and I contacted them many times. They were not helpful and I am still waiting for the bands I ordered 6 months ago

Hello. It seems that your love to use this complain service tool. But how about to give us a chance to react, like offering real name or order number? This is just give emotion without the goal to solve a problem. Im waiting for details or what I guess display we solved the problem already.

We ordered at the end of June 2022

We ordered at the end of June 2022, paid on the same day, and emailed the payment confirmation with all order info/ numbers - Bestellnummer #11232802.

Delivery was promised to happen before the end of July 2022.

We sent emails and used their chat feature -
no replies. It’s 5 August 2022, today.

Good Morning, Georg.

We are still waiting for the small table which was never delivered - more than a year passed …

Looking forward to receiving it✨

Hello. Your delivery was happening at the same day. Yes, with delay, but end of July/ Begin August is not easy to control shipments to a small town in Bulgaria.

Waiting for any information

3,5 weeks ago I Ordered 3 sets of elastics for the Renee herbst chair for a couple of 100s Euros. After payment I did not hear from them about any details, nothing. They do not respond my mails and was only once able to catch them through the chat customer service where a wrong tracking number was communicated to me. I really hope I did not lose my money here or got scammed. So far I would not recommend.”EDITED 10th of June”: the owner got back to me. With a small delay all got delivered in good condition! Communication in the beginning could have been better but goods are good!!

lc 7 Corbusier chairs

I ordered 6 lc 7 Corbusier chairs. I am more then happy with the service, communication, the quality of the furniture. I don’t agree with some of the reviews. The furniture came within the time they sad. Thank you steelclassic for the excellent service

bad customerservice no delivery or late delivery

They claim they can deliver in three weeks. But it takes months and they do not respond swiftly. They told me they tried to call, which was untrue and they said the sofa was delivered last week. I just heard from my housekeep that something was delivered today without warning. So cannot report on the quality yet. I ordere a lamp and the quality is very poor.

Well, in this case you should think about your staff. We never deliver without any notice. Maybe next time you give us the phone contact from your housekeeper. Anyway, after I ask you just a week ago why you never send us a real complain to go in action whats wrong with the lamp, you just inform "its now in another room"

Worst company EVER!

Worst company EVER! Do NOT order from them!!
It's been a month that I ordered something and still nothing! Not even per email! There is no way to reach out to them by phone and they are not answering per email, no news at all!
WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER??

Worst experience ever

Do not order anything from this company!! I have ordered three chairs over two orders in October 2020 and January this year and none of them arrived yet! And I can't even get in touch with the company to get an update on the order or a refund. If I could rate this company - stars I would..

I take back the words in my previous…

I take back the words in my previous review about SteelClassic. Though we didn’t expect to receive it anymore we were surprised by the delivery of the missing element of our Wagenfeld lamp.
We are very glad that the lamp is now complete. We are thankful for the service SteelClassic delivered. Great job! Thanks!
