Steel and Sap build wooden gates to order in our own workshop. Garden gates, picket gates and driveway gates in featheredge, tongue and groove, cottage and swan neck, made to your measurements rather than to a handful of standard sizes. Widths from 600mm in 50mm steps, heights from 900mm to 1800mm, and driveway pairs up to 3600mm across. If your opening falls outside that, we build bespoke. Every gate is framed, ledged and braced from pressure-treated softwood, supplied untreated so you can paint or stain to match your fencing. Made to order in five working days, with free delivery on a dedicated vehicle to mainland UK.

Top Quality, great company!

The whole process was really straightforward, from ordering a the gate through to delivery. The quality is excellent and it was great having something made specifically to the measurements I needed. Communication was good, delivery was quick! Definitely recommend!!!!

Their gates are top notch quality

Their gates are top notch quality, the service from start to finish was seamless, got my gate without issue. Couldn't recommend Steel and Sap more!
