Its True. Its a scam site. It acts like the site is either locking up or processing a transaction, but never occurs and ends up with bad gateway errors.
Thing is. if you do a tracert on steamunlock.com while this issue is going on, you'll see.. the site is just fine.. it is there.. it is literally blocking you temporarily from their site to mimic some sort of issue. but the ms speeds don't lie.
I think its time to contact the IRS about this. pretty sure some evasion is going on here as well as obviously deceptive lying, which legit or not, is STILL a punishable offense in a court of law.
I even clicked to let'em know i said this. I have extreme doubts they will even respond or defend themselves as they clearly are scammers.
