I ordered a steamer with two bottles of steam water. I only received the steam water and NO steamer. No one is responding from customer service either.

I’ve had two machines to remove the pill of the wool and both have stopped functioning within a few times usage. Never buy this product, it’s way too expensive!!

My steamer started leaking through the power cord and short circuited my house. When reaching out to customer support there was apparently nothing they could do because I don't have a proof of purchase as it was a gift from an ex. Their suggestion was to use a tooth pick to clear the holes (nothing was blocking them) and try again - not really a great suggestion given we're talking about water and mains electricity.
They don't have a repair service to offer, even if you're willing to pay for it. You'll end up paying top dollar for something that will break after a few months and you won't have an easy time getting repaired.
Go elsewhere.

We're currently not able to offer repairs - that is something we are continuously looking to be able to do in the future. So sorry this option is not available at the moment.
Whenever we handle warranty matters, we must always have some sort of proof of purchase to proceed with the claim. This is according to our policy and consumer law, were the receipt serves as a valid base. We understand it might be difficult to get a hold of if you were gifted the steamer and so sorry for the inconvenience this request may cause.
