AVOID! Comple rip off merchants. Made appointment, didn’t turn up. Told them to forget it, but he phoned twice and pleaded for second chance. I stupidly agreed

When he finally turned up, he tried to up price from £99 to £270! I told him I had quote for £99. He tried to say that was the minimum price and the area I wanted cleaned was much bigger. This was in spite of the fact I had sent measurements of each room. At that point I chased them. After reading reviews on here , I’m so glad I did.

I was stupid not to check the reviews.. 1stly he came an hour and a half late.. when he came he did a quick clean in less then 40 mins and left the carpets soaking wet..
Only for the living room carpet and stairs he took £100 & as you can see from the photos he did a rubbish job.. the stains are all still there and the carpet smell now..rip off do Not Recommend..

Booked to have sofa cleaned, they didn't turn up, after waiting for an hour, so rebooked for 2 days later, guess what,still not turned up, I rang them and they said it was for tomorrow, what a waste of time, terrible

Booked appointment for carpet & upholstery August 2025,they never turned up,even after phone calls & messages there was nothing….absolutely useless!!!

I was given a quote, which I agreed to. When the chap turned up, he said that the couch would be more, than what I had been quoted for And despite sending pictures of the couch before I had the quote. The guy then went on to say they do a summer clean and a deep clean and that the quo was for summer clean. I said, I wanted a Deep clean. I also asked him to leave if he was going to inflate the quote!! He agreed to the quoted price and continued To clean the sofa, he took one hour and that was a four seater sofa and a chair. He told me it would be dry within 2 to 4 hours and 36 hours later my sofa was still very much wet. We had to take the cushions and put them in a dry area of the house. The sofa still has dirt patches which are easily removed As we have it cleaned every year. I did complain about the attempt of being ripped off and also how the couch was left soaking wet. I did receive a response saying somebody would be in contact with me at the moment. There’s no contact been made. Do not engage with this company absolutely a rip off, And the attempt to rip off some more and leave with the job not being completed, i.e. soaking wet Sofa!

Got quoted £175 for 2 sofas to be steamed cleaned after sending measurements and photos the guy turned up and said the price was wrong and wanted to add another £40 I showed him the quote and he rang someone then Said it would be £30 extra so knocked a tenner off has I said I was going to leave it wished I had..sofa was apparently cleaned not by steam but water extraction method so basically a run of the mill carpet cleaner machine which I specifically asked for it to be steamed cleaned due to material being a corduroy type. guy finished around an hour later said it would look cleaner once it had dried my sofas where left soaking wet through which will probably take around a week to be fully dry also a red liquid type make up stain wasn't even attempted to be removed as this was still dry to touch..I got in touch to express my disappointment to be told basically I could have cancelled on the day if I wasn't happy with the price my issue isn't the price it was the service promised wasn't delivered I.e STEAM CLEANED not water extraction method also my wooden floor was left with puddles of water all over it. and I can still smell my dogs on the material so now my sofas have a musty smell to them
