I bought a SteadXP device on their website for 370 €. One month after they claimed problems with the shipping company, stating they are unable to tell when the product could be delivered. I asked a refund, which they said would be granted in 14 days, but 6 weeks passed and they didn't refund me nor replied to any of my emails. Given the considerable amount we're talking about, this is theft.
