The agent who answered my calls and emailed me was awesome this time and the last time I used the service. The nurse/medical assistant that actually took my test was awful (loud and rude). This is not the medical supervisor but the actual medical provider that took my test. Also, the call I got today from the company was not good either. The guy sounded nice but he didn't know anything about STD's. He needs training. Again, he seems like a nice guy, but he misread my test result to mean I was infected with Hepatitatis when I simply had the vaccine and made a number of other errors. I could just tell he didn't know much about STDs or the how to read test results.

Ordering the tests was simple and the rep I talked to was very level-headed and approachable. The lab itself was great too, and the results came in about 24 hours. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience with your customer service rep named Bret. He helped me resolve duplicate appointments and charges. Helped comfort me through this stressful situation. I have nothing but praise to give.

Bret was super helpful. During a very stressful time Bret was very encouraging and worked hard to get me my test results on time.

all good, except the lab address had been changed 8 months ago.

Quick and easy online, friendly quick service at the lab. But results were supposed to be 2-3 days. After 6 days of no answers I sent 2 emails unanswered, I had to call to get the results over the phone. Website displays a user friendly result sheet which I did not get. Instead a confusing PDF that I can't even read. Now I have to go spend more money to get accurate testing done.

The service works perfectly and is efficient. Although they emphasize their confidentiality, they send emails titled "STDAware" which I did not like, especially since emails continued after I received test results.
Tests results from Quest Diagnostics (via STDAware) had one result listed as "Abnormal" and I could not tell if there was an issue or not. On positive tests, there was a long paragraph of explanation. It was unclear.
Later I saw the results on MyQuestDiagnostic.com and it highlighted this test as positive. I do not know why the two reports are different but it was VERY misleading.

Very helpful and responsive! I was extremely happy with the level of service that was provided to me. The rep who worked with me was very knowledgable and sympathetic. 5 stars!

Took a day or so longer than expected so I was freaking out but other than that they are great!

The experience was great. I handled everything through the website and it was easy to figure it all out.
