Wahoo was late, but nothing much they can do about it.
Usually a 5* experience, but this time only 4* (4.5 would have been more adequate). The ordered Wahoo Kickr took 5 weeks to be delivered instead of the 4 days mentioned on the website. But they were always very forthcoming about the situation (Wahoo had issues delivering the product) and managed the expectations in a timely manner.

Friendly employees
I order a bycicle rack from racktime to be picked up from this shop. The shop employee was nice to me and showed me the rack for inspection before handing it to me.
