I left Bahrain by September 6th 2026 due to medical emergency. I've already mailed on 16/10/2026 that I've already paid cancellation charge before I leave Bahrain. I'm trying to cancel the contract with STC since last week of August 2026 by personally approaching the seef mall branch and even after leaving Bahrain as per stc people advice by mail and WhatsApp. I got 2 more bills while I'm in India without using any of the service.
I'm getting mails in every 4 or 6 days for nothing other than nonsense. I know my words not polite but I'm really fed up with you guys. When we are trying to get the customer service people through whatsapp then different people attending the chat and I had to explain the whole story again and again for nothing.
Anyway I've attached the payment bills that made before I leave Bahrain. I've mailed to cancell the contract asap and to mail me only once it's done.
Stc postpaid service is good for those who are living in Bahrain with family but once we exit the country then starts their never ending cancellation process which will make us mad. I'm dropping this review only out of hope that for God sake you people will cancell my contract.

I have been using STC since I first arrived in Bahrain nearly 10 years ago, and I have remained a loyal customer ever since. Even when my employers provided company mobile phones over the years, I never gave up my personal STC number because of the excellent service and reliability.

What I appreciate most is their flexibility and customer support. A few months ago, my number was unfortunately terminated due to a missed recharge period. I was concerned that I had lost the number permanently, but the STC team was incredibly helpful and understanding. They assisted me in having the number reinstated, which I truly appreciated, especially since it is a number I have used for many years.

My experience with STC has always been positive, and their willingness to help customers makes a real difference. Thank you to the team for your continued support and excellent service.

would not recommend engaging with them. The structure of the offering appears heavily geared toward selling large, high-cost bundles that may not align with actual needs. While flexibility is highlighted at the sales stage, that flexibility largely disappears after sale!!!!!

In particular, the option to downgrade later offers little practical value, as fees remain unchanged and full charges continue to apply. As a result, customers may find themselves locked into paying for services they no longer require, with no meaningful financial adjustment available.

I would strongly advise carefully reconsidering alternatives before committing.

I have a suggestion to make can you guys try to arrange the stc Mastercard so it can work on benefitpay too will be much easier and will attract more users thanks 🙏🙏🤗
