SCAM ALERT
I booked accommodation through Staykeepers on Agoda from September 11th to September 20th, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since my check-out, Staykeepers has been shockingly unresponsive, ignoring my emails and calls.
The GBP 50 refundable security fee they insisted upon during booking was never refunded. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, they have conveniently disappeared, leaving me without any communication or the promised refund.

I stayed at Host Southampton Crossings and made the reservation through Staykeeper in booking.com. they requested a damage deposit of £50. I checked out in the month of August, but I have not yet received my deposit refund. I have been attempting to contact them, but no one has answered the phone or responded to my emails.
SCAM, they kept your deposit
I stayed at Host Southampton Crossings and made the reservation through Staykeeper. Prior to my check-in, they requested a damage deposit of £50. I checked out a month ago, but I have not yet received my deposit refund. I've attempted to contact them, but no one has answered the phone or responded to my emails. I'm concerned about the company's current status and whether it is still operational.
My stay was horrible
My stay was full of uncertainty, disorganization, and a lack of responsiveness because they weren't responding to my calls. They suddenly cancelled my stay even though I came during the check-in time they gave me and even though they told me they're looking forward to meeting me before that. I just came to the UK, and I wanted to settle in, and they did the exact opposite. Maybe other people had a positive experience, but I wasn't one.
Disgusting company
Whole place was dirty and smelly. When I was away they had workers go into my room twice to replace a heater, in August !!! Without any warnings, without my consent. After my stay, they never refunded me the deposit and never answered my calls, emails or messages anymore. Biggest con there is. Disgusting attitudes.
Staykeepers simply doesn’t care
I booked a room in a Staykeepers studio, paying in advance. Unfortunately, six days before my date of stay, I received a phone call from a family member, informing me that my father had been diagnosed with a serious medical condition. I decided to cut short my holidays and travel to my family home, requesting a cancellation of my Staykeepers reservation through Booking.com. Unable to achieve a response from Staykeepers, Booking suggested I get in contact with them myself, which I did, using the messaging service of their app, but to no more success than Booking.com had achieved. In the three subsequent telephone conversations I held with Staykeepers´ customer care team, I explained my situation, only to to have my request for a refund refused, eventually and by text message, on the grounds that I had not provided supporting documentary evidence — this despite the fact that providing a certificate from an Irish hospital from Spain was impossible. I also felt it to be an unreasonable and frankly indecent condition to insist on. However, Staykeepers are not open to considerations such as flexibility or compassion. I have no idea as to the quality of their accommodation, but I would not expect much, going by their general disregard for customer satisfaction.
This is not Extremely misleading and disappointing staya luxury apartment
This is not a luxury apartment. This appears to be student accommodation not in use. We did not stay in the apartment pictured; ours had zero decor as pictured. Extremely basic. Extremely limited utensils, crockery and glasses. Absolutely no pots and pans despite being advertised as a fully equipped kitchenette. The fridge / freezer was off so all our frozen food we arrived with defrosted and spoilt. Extremely poor to non-existent communication when we have tried to raise issues. Unfortunately a very misleading and disappointing experience and extremely overpriced; I wish we’d never booked. We booked many many months before and we’re really looking forward to it; but a complete let down.
Note; the communal areas are nice but I do not believe these are owned by Staykeepers - they are simply the letting agents for the student flats when not in use
I have tried to message them on booking.com, and via email but no reply at all. I would like compensation for this stay as way below standards we were sold
Misleading and potentially unsafe…
Apartment shown definitely not what we booked. Only one cup in a two bedroom apartment and only one key available despite requesting 2 and being assured that was possible. Was misled by reception staff. Missed meetings due to.their poor communication and what feels like lying. Would avoid.
The apt was clean and quiet
The apt was clean and quiet. We did, however have to question the garbage disposal situation. We were asked to be sure to dispose of all unused food in the receptacles provided. I do not have a problem with the request as it is very reasonable. It is just the receptacles provided. The kitchen garbage can was the size of the coffee pot. More suited for the bathroom. And the dumpsters in the parking lock were overcrowded with furniture and other undesirable things. There were stray cats, squirrels and other critters climbing all over it.
Everything was great
Everything was great, the facilities are all new and you can use them whenever you want. Besides, the bed was big and comfortable. However I am having issues to have the deposit back, hope I can fix that soon.
Apart from that, great experience and very nice and welcoming staff (they even go with you on your first day to explain how the room works).
I would definitely recommend this place.
STAY AWAY! $$$ for US customers just to reach their support lines!
Attempted to rent an apartment off of Hotels.com from StayKeepers that was a scam listing (1220 Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO - Lime Apartments in case this review pops up in anyone's Google searches). I should have paid more attention to the reviews that complained about their cars getting towed immediately at the property ... The apartment complex was not only in a sketchy area with a few questionable people sharking my car while I was sitting alone in it in the lot, but the listing on Hotels. com/Expedia was completely inaccurate of the actual unit and it's amenities. Everything in the listing was glorified from what it was including rendered photos. I was also never provided parking information from Staykeepers which would have caused my car to get towed like the other reviewers said despite asking for that information/confirmation over 48 hours in advance. I checked in every day and was just awaiting on StayKeepers to confirm my spot via writing/e-mail. I still had not received any communication once I had arrived days later and had to call them myself where I was put on hold for increments of 20 minutes for 3 hours while I was on the phone between StayKeepers and Hotels.com. The best part They do not have a non-international number to call so in order to try and track down this information that they did not give me, I now have an extra $44 to my phone bill this month for THEIR issue with the property and putting me on hold for so long while trying to check in... Issues I had brought up DAYS BEFORE to try and get this info with no response.
I was also outright lied to by the agent "Bryan" I was on the phone with for 3 hours while trying to get a parking space approved by the land lord; he would say anything to attempt to placate me. It started with, "I am unable to get a hold of the landlord, but if you stay on hold I will attempt to contact them again" which then after an hour changed to "I was not able to reach the main landlord, but I did reach her partner (?) and she says you can park wherever you want. I also contacted the tow company and they said they will not tow you." I don't think they understand how US tow companies work, but you do not get responses from tow companies like that, lol. I was able to confirm my suspicions with this being a lie. When I was parked in the space that the landlord apparently approved, I was suddenly honked at by a car coming in while I was on the call - who was the security man for the property! - saying that the space I was in was his designated work spot and that the landlord would have never told us to park there. Said that he doesn't know what I was told, but I was told wrong information, that there wasn't a "landlord's partner" who would approve us parking in his spot, and that he would have had to call the tow company to have us towed like we thought. Glad I trusted my gut instead of leaving my car. It seems from reading other reviews and having my own experience that StayKeepers is a predatory real estate company that buys up units and tries to rent them out for what they're not without even vetting the properties.
DO NOT RENT FROM ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY STAYKEEPERS!! These are predatory listings! I would not be surprised if people eventually got fed up and started a class lawsuit against these guys.

The apartment was brand new and as advertised. There was a small sewage smell issue in the second bathroom that was reported. The staff that helped with checking in were professional and friendly.

The second place is nothing compared to the original one. It feels like a bait and switch, as those apartments were recently remodeled, and a 4 month maintenance issue doesn't seem likely. They will rent it out for a higher rate, but I will not be renting from them ever again.
Great location of the place.
Great location of the place.
Check in at the right and correct time.
Wifi was available
Avoid - worst place I have ever booked in the UK
Avoid - they will find any reason to charge you and the rooms are beyond basic - no toilet paper or towels for example
Suffice to say we will never return again.
Check in mode could be improved

stay well clear of this company they are the worst i have ever dealt with, there is no parking, we booked 3 apartments and told them we would book every 2 weeks as we are contractors and where told about this place in Gillingham by other contractors, we were happy apart from the parking, but when we paid it gave us a breakdown and the cleaning bill was £130 for the 3 apartments, but no cleaner came, when we went to re book they quoted us double the price, we asked why and was told that there was 4 apartments in our block but we only wanted 3, so they wanted us to pay for the 4th room, we looked on the website again which said £475 cheaper than quoted, they didnt believe us , so we screen shotted the website quote and sent them it , they said they would get back to us but never did , so we saw on booking.com was £100 cheaper than the web site so booked through this, when they found out they made us pack our belongings and move to 3 other rooms 3 floors up, then i asked our fellow contractors what they paid and they booked on the same night we did and was told the same original price they paid and could keep their same rooms , i asked what they paid for cleaning , one said he booked 2 rooms and paid £50 the other booked 4 rooms and paid £100 , its a scam company, then they sent an email saying that the rooms we had moved into needed repairs on the windows , i sent 4 emails complaining about my experience and said i am not approving of the work on the windows while my belongings are in the room, and that they moved us out of perfectly good rooms to rooms that needed repair, i have warned new contractors to stay well clear its a shambles , they never really give you an answer , worst stay ever, never using these again
