Everything was ready when I got there and exactly as expected. The off-base location close to Ramstein made my TDY a lot easier overall. The paperwork was easy to understand, so reimbursement was simple on my end. Stay Eden kept communication smooth the whole time.

Stay Eden made things really easy from the start. Communication was clear and everything just felt well organized without being complicated. Marci welcomed me in person, which was a really nice touch. There was a welcome basket with some local items and groceries, and the fridge was already stocked with drinks, so I could just arrive and relax after the trip. The regular cleaning also helped a lot since I could focus on work and not worry about anything else.I stayed in the Topaz Blue apartment, which had everything I needed. Clean, quiet, and a solid spot if you’re looking for an off-base apartment, especially with how easy it was getting to Ramstein. Overall just a really smooth experience and easy to recommend.

The place was set up and ready to go when I got there. I stayed in the coral apartment Mackenbach, and it took me about 12 minutes to get to the base in Ramstein. The apartment matched the photos exactly, everything felt new, and the furniture was comfortable. The documentation was straightforward, which made the reimbursement process easy on my end. There are not enough words I can share that will convey my experience leasing with Stay Eden! Anyone and everyone looking for a place of luxury and peace with honorable and trustworthy landlords, stop here. YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID! If I can rate them a 10+ star and above I would!! Stay Eden will be the only short-term, long-term, or any term leasing I would do business with in the KMC or anywhere in Germany or Europe they lease.

The company is very professional. David was polite and extremely helpful throughout my entire stay, and he also assisted me with my rental car. I stayed in the Amber apartment for four weeks and truly enjoyed it. The place is new, clean, and stylish. Thanks again to David for everything.

I stayed in the Ruby apartment for a few weeks while on TDY and had a great experience. The place was quiet, modern, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Being close to Ramstein Air Base made everything super convenient.David was easy to work with, always responsive, and made the whole process smooth. I’d definitely recommend this place to other service members.

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The apartment was bright, clean, and really comfortable to stay in.

The staff are responsive, the apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the application process was easy. Feels really welcoming and laid-back, and it’s clear they actually care about the people who live here We really enjoyed and would definitely stay here again. Keep it up.

Eden was with us the whole way through our excellent experience. The apartment was light and clean and offered everything we needed for a smooth PCS translocation. David took care of everything before our arrival, and only a few minutes were required for checking in. The place was peaceful yet very accessible to the base and also to shops. You can count on us to recommend highly for someone new in the area!

Our month-long stay at the Pearl apartment was a wonderful experience. It was very nicely furnished and had all the things that made us feel at home — even a sauna and gym. Communication with Amalia was very friendly and fast, she was of great assistance in making things easy. This is absolutely our best TLA experience so far.
