The package arrived quickly, and everything inside was perfect condition. It was packed carefully, and I really appreciated the communication throughout the whole process.
If you aren't able to visit Japan or are after a specific item that is difficult to find (old/not sold anymore/limited edition) then I would highly recommend!
Just keep in mind the shipping cost if you are buying something notebook size +, as shipping outside of Japan airmail will be quite pricey.
But again, if you are after something specific you aren't able to find elsewhere, and want to know it will be in perfect condition, arrive safely, and therefore deem it worth paying the shipping prices, definitely go for it! That was the situation for my case, and it was great overall.
