I believe this company is in Japan I'm not 100% sure of that but they sell really good stationary I usually buy my pens

The care that was displayed in the box was something out of this world. The PRETTIEST package, full of love

I purchased because if the 30% off sale. I was late pushing the ‘code’ box and the order went through without the discount. I sent an email but I got no response. I couldn’t find a way to cancel my order and reorder with the discount.
Please have sales without the discount code required. Customer service is everything and I was very frustrated today.

The tracking was always precise and updated, each beautiful item was delivered intact; highly satisfied

The box arrived damaged; the corners were broken, and it wasn't the box I ordered. This order was a Christmas gift for my daughter, who loves her things.

The company has such a cute selection and everything is quite cheap. My order came and it includes a lot of freebies and really cute wrapping and decorations too!! The dedication to showing their customers appreciations would make me give a 6 stars if I could!!

10/10! Stationery Pals really exceeded my expectations. I placed my first order ever with them on 11/7 and my package arrived on 11/14! The prices are incredible and the products are amazing. I never received my items or a refund! I email Stationary Pal about this several times and they never responded. They are thieves for not sending me the items I paid for and not refunding me because I NEVER received the items!!! I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!
