We found Park and Leisure very helpful. We sent photos of our bathroom ceiling light and they sourced it and it was sent out to us within a few days.
They were very polite and friendly.

I wasn't sure that the item I ordered was the right shower mixer I needed for my static caravan, however I received a courtesy telephone call to discuss what I was looking for exactly, and the item I received was correct and arrived promptly as promised. Here’s another 5 star review! A naturally suspicious person, I am always sceptical when I see so many 5 stars linked to a company. But if my experience with this business is typical then those stars are justified. Scouting around for essential bits for a 2004 static I came across this site. I was reassured by the owner that the parts I wanted (two roof lights) would fit our model – and they did. And when the delivery company couldn’t find our house, despite it being on a main road, the company’s owner took it on himself to track down the parcel and arrange a collection. From the initial ordering to the final pick-up he kept us informed by text and phone of each stage of the process. Be assured there are some humans out there who are competent and committed to a good customer experience.

The website was easy to use, and replies to emails were very quick . The part wss orderd on 7th September and arrived 10th September well packaged and a perfect fit for my ABI and value for money after trying locally sourced Part that was unsuitable . A very quick and reliable company, highly recommend for all static caravan parts.

Product and price exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a pair of basin taps and what I actually received was totally different from the ones displayed/advertised on their website.
I have never had this kind of thing happen before where the item didn't resemble the image online at all. The only similarity was that they are basin taps and that's where the similarity ended.
As this only happened today (27 May 2025) I will see what response I get but I just wanted to make others aware of what has happened to me so they should be cautious when ordering in future.
Update (28 May 2025) - Well I have to say that I am impressed and have changed my star rating from 1 to 3 (for the time being). I got a call first thing from Barry, who was really kind and explained that the item was picked by mistake and that they will send the correct item out today. Once I receive the item I will report back but in the interim I thought that their reaction to my complaint was swiftly and professionally dealt with.

I bought a few small items from them before I spend any serious money, just a few electrical back boxes and a few other bits. Postage was slow, little frustrating as we were waiting for them (since the old browns ones in situ had failed) however the company was quick to respond to emails which was a plus. When I did receive the back boxes, one was split. I sent an email straight away with a photo showing the crack in the plastic, on 01st May. No response. Sent another on the 6th May, again, no response. It's just one back box so I'll let it go, but sending faulty items is just poor service. Ignoring emails makes it worse. Glad I experienced the lack of service on a £15 order before I spent any serious money. Found another supplier now.

My first time using this company and it will not be my last. Highly recommend asking them for help, great advise, communications and products. Ordered parts on the 6th, delivered on the 9th.

I had an issue ordering a shower mixer valve online but received excellent support from Sales via email and then phone. They even offered good advice on fitting the item I was purchasing and it arrived well packaged one day after placing the order. I will definitely use them again for future caravan parts.

Wonderful service just what needed for my caravan curtains. Will use this site again for anything I need. And delivery was great arrived even before delivery date expected.

A rare example of First class customer service!

Due to a mishap resulting in being able to see the sky through one of the roof vents in my holiday let, Having guests booked in within two days of this, I urgently needed a replacement part. So after a short google session I found Park and Leisure and their next day delivery service. I ordered my replacement on next delivery and within 20 minutes of ordering I received an update email saying my item was packed and ready for shipping.

Unfortunately, FedEx did not deliver my parcel the next day, instead opting to send me a delivery failed notification even though they hadn't even arrived at the property; I know because I have Ring cameras everywhere :) . I immediately emailed Park and Leisure asking for them to help. To my surprise, within 30 minutes of sending my email I got a friendly call explaining that they had already been in touch with FedEx and upgraded my delivery to an priority AM delivery for the next day at their expense. And that they would quite rightly then argue the charge with FedEx.

My item then did arrive the next day and I fitted it to the roof. With hours to spare before my guests arrive.

The quick actions and response rate by Park and Leisure meant I didn't have to cancel a booking worth several hundreds pounds. Thank you.
