I bought a Mr..Heater HERO propane heater for my garage building from State Trailer Supply. I had no problems with the ordering or delivery of the heater. I heats my garage quickly with 35,000 RTU of clean burning propane heat.

Part did not work, I returned and received credit back. Very responsive and credit was issued easily

The only problem was the ship to address that you put on the package was incomplete. The email invoice had the complete correct address. The order was to arrive on 2/14, and tracking the package on 2/16 it said that UPS could not find the address. We called UPS and was originally told we had to go the their facility to pick up the package (which was 40 miles from us), we did talk to a UPS supervisor and he corrected the address and I did receive the package on 2/17 at the correct address. I'm glad I was not in a hurry for the package. The people I dealt with at State Trailer on the phone were very helpful and did everything to statisfaction.

Happy with fast delivery. But product was delivery bent.

This could have been a five star review if I had ever received the ordered re-ignitor. A nice person called me ahead of time to say the shipper could not deliver to a PO box. I provided a correct street address over the phone. All seemed fine but no shipment arrived. Another was sent and never arrived. I believe the PO box address was still on the shipping label in spite of having it changed to a street address per phone instructions. Two stars for giving me a full refund. Now it seems the whole world is out of stock though.

People at State Trailer Supply are great! My order was ship like the same day.
Only problem was it was short 1 item which I was billed for. It was too late to phone so I messaged them on web site. Next morning a person from there called. Told him what was up. Next day it was at my house. No harassment or problems. Thats pretty good being the way things are anymore. I was honest and greatfull I didn't get the run around.

Gosh, I love these guys at State Trailer Supply. Friendly staff, knowledgeable! Saved me a lot of headache with a Class A I knew nothing about. They answer my questions no matter how small. Great service dept. and retail products include a variety and low prices. My dollars spent equal up to dollars off AND when i asked for consideration, extremely fair minded. What a blessing it was when my mechanic sent me to them.....thanks STS!

I live in a fairly remote location and when the catalytic heater (over 25 years old) in my camper failed, I went to all the local places. No luck. I looked on line and made a few phone calls. State Trailer in SLC had exactly what I was looking for and I had it in before I expected it. This not the first time I found a hard to locate item at State Trailer. People are awesome also!

You can get staff to talk to you, and they try to answer questions, but they don't truly listen. Their main focus in on finishing their stocking work, instead of helping you find solutions to your problem. Most of the time they refer you to some website, or youtube or GOOGLE, in which case we find the solutions online and buy the merchandise online. If they took the time to listen and provided solutions, I would be shopping with Trailer Supply. This pushes thousands of $$$ out the door!
I bought a $3500 5th wheel hitch elsewhere, because they ignored me and seemed disinterested. Even though, they sell that hitch in their store (DEMCO). This also led to me buying 20+ other accessories online, and they probably stock every single one of them. It's unfortunate, because this store has such potential and hardly any local competition.
I would rather shop locally if customer service was better.

I ordered a tongue jack on line. The person in the Salt Lake store emailed back that day saying they had the unit I wanted in Ogden and would have it transferred to Salt Lake, and would have it at the end of the week.
In going to the store the following week the part had not been transferred. They said it would be ion the Thursday truck and in the store on Friday. Going to the SLC store on Friday they still did not have the jack. I had them call and verify the jack is in Ogden store. They confirmed they had the jack so I drove to Ogden to pick up the product I paid for 2 weeks earlier

The temperature dove when we were driving through UT and the blower on our heater was broken. Call State trailer and they were able to identify the motor I needed based on pictures of my furnace.
Picked up the part and slept warm that night.
