State Trailer Supply Reviews 

Not happy with experience I had with State Trailer. We rent our C lass motorhomes on a Rental Platform my wife and I had work done on our first Rig after finding this shop and they did great work on the issue we had. We had our family taking our other Rig out for a trip so we brought it to State Trailer since they did work on our other Rig for their 40+ point inspection after keeping it for 5 days we received our Inspection checklist which in the tech notes stated FRONT TIRE IS WEARING AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. My wife and I then went to tire shop and replaced both front tires that day. Now it gets interesting! During their trip , my family members contacted me in a panic stating that both back passenger tires blew out which could have caused a SERIOUS or FATAL accident!! At that point I contacted service advisor at State Trailer who checked with Technician that performed inspection, she contacted me back and stated that they do not inspect tires and the Tech did it out of courtesy. This is clearly a lie as it is stated on both their Service Brochure and their Inspection Checklist (this was also checked off on the list by Tech that Tires were inspected and also his notes). After speaking with GM, he stated to me that tires are not part of their inspections, which was another lie told to me. We were willing to work with them as we had another appointment for our other Rig for the same inspection service. He stated that since we weren't established customer, that there was nothing he could do for us.

I placed the order on Sunday and I needed to know today when it would arrive as we are leaving town next week. So I called and talked to Patricia. She checked on the order and made sure it would go out promptly, provided me a tracking number and assured me it should arrive before we leave. Patricia was pleasant, understood what I needed and delivered what I needed. Excellent customer support.

I’ve ordered before and been happy. The shipping seems high, but I always get what I need on time and they have a great variety of items.

Immediate text response. Also called company and woman on the phone double checked to make sure item was in stock before we ordered online…very courteous and professional. Very hard to find item and the company actually had one left. Very positive experience.

Had a hot water heater go bad in our coach, We were looking to upgrade. Spoke with Darrell Vliem he directed us in the right direction and his advice was very much appreciated. He left us with a few ideas and told him we would be in touch as we were heading out of town. Thank you so much for having caring people work for you.

They made my experience great by having the part but then I got a call back asking me if I would like shipping costs lowered!

I ordered a toilet (Dometic 320 with sprayer) that they were in the process of changing the shipping policy to in store pick up, due to a frequent occurrence of them being damaged, by freight companies. Scott & Barbara worked to find a solution because we have 2 bathrooms in our toy hauler & wanted them to match & had already gotten 1. Though the solution was relative to where I live, & I was fortunate in that respect. They still made it happen & saved me a bit of money in the process. They could've just said the policy is the policy & left it at that, but they put the work in & made it happen.

Ordered item online and picked it up at will call with no issues. Thank you for a great selections, service.

The lady I spoke with I cannot remember her name was nice I finally found a hard to find item for my carpet cleaning business it’s used to connect the vacuum extractor machine to the buildings main sewer line via the exterior clean out for disposing of dirty water the lady was very nice and ordering was easy and the lady also ran the card right then at my request I thought that was very nice I have dealt with other companies that are rude not this place everyone was nice and they had the hard to find item that I needed thank the lord for that

Lockable battery strap was just what I needed to prevent another theft from my RV trailer. Description should mention that it is made of steel, very solid. Shipping was expensive but very quick.

Customer service is terrible. I've called once a week for the past month to order the backing rings to the windows I purchased. They said no problem. Finally I ordered them myself online. Didn't do any good. They just came back and said, we don't have any in our store. And for some reason you can't have them shipped to your house. Some of the other stores have them, but they can't seem to get them to the store by me for some reason.

Anyways found someone else to order them from.

Originally, the items I purchased were designated to ship UPS at a rate that was not competitive with other suppliers. Patricia out of SLC, UT worked to get the items shipped through USPS at a more reasonable cost. I appreciate the Customer Service.
