They were easy to work with order shipped quickly abs fitment was oerfect

Escape hatch cover was cracked when delivered. Still waiting for a response from State Trailer Supply after waiting several days. Refused to send me a replacement. Not a good business to deal with.

Your service was fine but the product (tail light lens #L12-0101R) did not fit properly. A poor knock-off was slightly too large. Had to modify to make fit.

Very responsive from the first call. Call was transferred to parts and the staff members listened to what I needed and confirmed that the last was in stock. The one line purchase was very easy with purchase documents sent fi my email. One other great service is they have a will call for parts that can't be ship.

The furnace in my 1995 Lance camper started squealing the last few trips and then died with a shriek. I checked with the Lance dealer I've seen for years, but they're under new management. No service for anything over 10 years old. My camper is old, but she's in great shape! They suggested State Trailer. State said bring it in, tomorrow. They replaced the furnace motor the same day. I was considering doing it myself, but my wife said to let the pros handle it. I'm glad, because the duct work was labor intensive. I also said, maybe replace a few other parts like sail switch and control board while the unit is pulled? State said, nope, that's all you need. These guys did a great job. Now my dog doesn't howl when the furnace comes on!

Item fits great and was shipped out quickly

Easy to talk to personal. Staff worked with me on the phone to make sure I had the correct part.

A couple days after I ordered a trailer hitch from them, I received an email telling me that when they went to pull the order, it was no longer there. I suspect that instead, they realized that they had posted it on their website at too small a price, and decided not to sell it to me. Unfortunate at best.

Purchased a vent cover for my camper. I was never given a tracking number for my purchase. Waited 9 days for my order to arrive. Wondering why I haven’t received my item I reached out and asked for a tracking number. To my surprise I received a reply stating they didn’t have the item but later found it and I could reorder if I chose to. Had there been some communication from this company letting me know what was going on I would have reordered. But there was NO communication! Other people may have had good experiences with this company but mine was not and I don’t plan on buying anything from them in the future.

They were fast getting our order ready but the confirmation email is confusing, it just said our order was confirmed maybe add “and ready for pick up.”

I ordered a part they had in stock on a Thursday and they didn't ship it until the following Monday.

Steve and I believe Dee Dee were fantastic. Assisted me over the phone after I sent a photo to them on the part I needed.

Excellent service took there time to find what I was needing and was very informative and polite.
