I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid them completely.
I commissioned three separate pieces of work, and not one of them met the required academic standard. This was despite providing clear guidance, marking rubrics, and detailed feedback throughout. Even after revisions, and even after paying extra for what was advertised as “top 10 writers”, the quality did not improve.
The work produced was consistently poor. It was overly descriptive, lacked any real critical analysis, and in one case did not even meet the basic requirements of the brief. One assignment was not based on a company at all, despite that being a core requirement, meaning it would not have even passed. Shockingly, the second version submitted was worse than the first.
I repeatedly provided feedback, yet customer services continued to ask for the same information again, clearly without reading previous emails or reviewing the ongoing thread. At one point, I was even told that the required standard could not be met within the word count, despite the fact that I had already demonstrated otherwise and provided clear examples of what was needed.
This shows a fundamental issue: they simply do not have the quality of writers they claim to have. The advertising around “top writers” and high academic standards is misleading. The work produced suggests a lack of academic competence, including the use of weak or non-peer-reviewed sources and very basic, surface-level writing.
In the end, I had to complete all three pieces of work myself, often at the last minute, despite paying for a service that was supposed to reduce that pressure. The promises of quality, reassurance, discounts, and internal review processes were not fulfilled.
Customer service was one of the worst aspects of the experience. Communication was repetitive, unhelpful, and disconnected from the actual issues raised. It created unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of time.
This company is a liability. You pay money and receive work that is not usable, not insightful, and not up to standard. In many cases, you would be far better off completing the work yourself from the start. They refuse to refund your money when they can not produce the work. They try to offer you 10 or 20 percent, and you end up in this endless debate that takes your energy and induces stress.
Do not waste your time or money.
