First of all, I picked the presidential box. Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY! Out of 9 items they sent, I kept 8 and the only reason I didn't keep the last item, which was a shirt, was because my skin is oversensitive and I didn't like the fabric. I was able to return the item with zero hassle, and it was super easy to do. The shoes that were included couldn't have been any nicer or more comfortable. The sports coat that was included is beautiful with colors that I actually like and fits perfectly. Also, my wife recently passed, and I went heavily into debt taking care of her, so now I am rebuilding my credit. The reason I mention this is that I told the stylist hey I want to use this card with you guys every month to get nice clothes and rebuild my credit. I told him the card is a beginner card with a $500 limit, so my order would have to be under $500. Yeah, they messaged me back the same day and said hey heres x amount off of your next 3 orders. These guys care about their customers, and it shows big time. I highly, highly recommend Stately.

I actually called in today just to tell them how happy I am with my recent order. I spoke with Karly and wanted to share how much I loved the pieces Elizabeth picked out for me.
Karly was incredibly sweet and helpful. She took the time to go over what I loved from my order,I let her know what I’d like to see more of in future boxes, and what styles to stay away from. It really felt like she genuinely cared about getting things right.
Honestly, every time I speak with someone at Stately it’s a great experience. The team is always friendly, helpful, and they really listen. Between the customer service and the selections, it’s been a fantastic experience all around.

JOKE. This is the only subscription clothes service that wont let you cancel, and won’t refund you for items you don’t want, inly exchange them, and that cost ten dollars to purchase a shipping label. You think with prices so high customer service would be better, and so would the ability to do what the customer wants. I tried to cancel my subscription service and after major holdups all over my account and it continuing to just push it back, I forgot to do that, and without the box even being ordered or processed they refuse
To give refunds, which brands like stitchfix does. Do NOT go through this company too much money and too many fine print lines.

Yeah “clearly outlined” in a agreement that is designed for people to scroll through and click the box. Also it cost a minimum of ten dollars for a second exchange so don't kid yourself about making sure people can exchange for what they love, because this costs extra. Your company is so trash, you never specifically state this besides in the long agreement that 91%-99% of people don’t read. You are just trying to hope people forget about subscriptions so then you don’t have to refund. You guys are the WORST.

Incredibly bad experience. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one needs to be shared. Their business model is based on an ongoing subscription. They do offer higher-end items at a relatively inexpensive price, but my issue wasn’t the concept — it was the execution.
They have you fill out an extensive survey covering your style, color themes, fabrics, specific item preferences, and situations (work, social, etc.). The problem? Their stylists ignored almost all of it and sent items that didn’t match my preferences at all. They allow exchanges, which I did, and I provided detailed feedback about what didn’t work. I also chatted with customer service and gave even more clarification.
I was promised a new stylist, but they kept the same one — who again ignored ALL of the feedback and sent more wrong items. I reached out to complain again, finally got assigned a new stylist, and in the process they charged me for the next order. Because they have a no-refund policy, I was essentially forced to accept another shipment.
I gave even more feedback. They assigned a “lead stylist.” I was honestly hopeful at that point. But when I opened the boxes, they botched both orders again. It felt like everything I had said was ignored.
After fighting to get their attention and a fair resolution, I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Even then, they pushed me to take yet another order, despite already charging me and having a strict no-refund policy. They offered a coupon to buy items directly — which actually made them more expensive than under the subscription plan. That didn’t feel like a real solution.
Stately is a nice idea if it actually worked, but in my experience it’s poor implementation and frustrating customer service. I’ve used Stitch Fix before. I wanted more variety, but Stitch Fix’s customer service and return policy were far more reliable and flexible, and they don’t lock you in. I haven't had the chance to try other services. Stately was high rated and I went away very disappointed.
Avoid at all costs.

Thanks to the Stately Concierge customer service. I had previously stated I didnt need shoes since my wardrobe covers all the variables and that I only needed clothing. I mentioned this on my post order survey and they have graciously given me a credit to apply towards next delivery. This is awesome and I appreciate them providing not only top notch customer service, but to making me feel 100% satisfied.

They've really been an amazing with communication and assistance. There are so many different ways to dress and even if something is not for you or doesn't fit just right, there are ways to amend the purchase, exchange the purchase or return and get more items the next time. They give you choices!
You have to interact so The Stylist knows what you're looking for and what you don't want is just as important so follow all the parts of your account that give them Clues to understanding your style as they really give you multiple ways for your vision to come through!
