I ordered 4 items, 3 pairs of mens jeans in 3 different styles & a pair of women's boots size 8. Well the boots fit more like a 7. I couldn't even get my foot in it. BUST! 1 pair of the lighter colored jeans fit my husband like a thong would. BUST! Remaining 2 pairs of jeans are identical when they should have been different. BUST! So basically my entire purchase is worthless to us but since I'm responsible for s/h to send it back for a refund & because the refund itself can take up to 90 days it's not even worth it. Looks like I got what I paid for for shopping at 10DollarMall.com.

I find it very funny that 10 dollar mall has time to send me an email to review them but doesn't have time to reply to my 5 EMAILS OR CALLS/VOICEMALLS I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service. I paid $56 for my order and only $40 of my purchase was shipped. I'm missing two shirts I paid for and I paid $9 for it to be shipped fast. When I called them to notify them I never got off hold then was told the system is down. And I've been told that since. Yet they can send me an email to rate them lol. Please do not waste your time or money on This website I will NEVER EVER order from them again. I bet they never reply to my emails or calls and that's fine. And idc if it was a scarf they forgot to give me I work hard for my money and when I spend it I want what I spent it on to be right so yes I'm upset. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THANK YOU

I absolutely love 10dollarmall.com I am extremely happen with both of the purchases I've made on here. The clothes just fit so well and they are soo cute!! Everything arrives super fast too.

For the price, the items are of good quality and look like what was featured online. However, I purchased three different large sized dresses. They all fit very different. Size up if you're unsure. It was a quick, painless experience to purchase and receive, as it came within three days on standard ship. Will order again but all be more alert on sizing.

I've ordered from this site three times, and this is the first time this has happened. I wasn't charged for the things I didn't receive, however I ordered them for a reason.

Its been well over a month and still no clothes!!! Ive tried to call them. Im put on hold for 20 mins. After waiting on hold it then tells me technical error andbto leave a message. This has happened every time i try to call. I left emails and no response. Ive sent messages through facebook. No response. Awful. Scam hate this site
