Super happy with my Stasdock! Great service, fast shipping and truly a product I needed in my life!

Super service! Ordered 3 Stasdock's on 2 days ago and i have received it yesterday already. Got good advice about what colors they have etc. So far, really happy with the company and customer supper they have delivered!

Ordered the Stasdock yesterday and it's already arrived. Happy with the quality and design. Now i can turn my bike into art !

AVOID - Contacted them 4 times since October to have a part shipped. 3 times says it shipped and nothing was sent.
Still waiting for the 4th simple shipment of a replacement foam to arrive. Useless support and I won't be dealing with them again - AVOID

Super practical product! Strong and easy to mount. It also saves spaces in my small garage. I recommend the Stasdock product.

Did not receive the product.

They won't answer my emails.

When I opened a ticket at PayPal, they responded but only to tell me to close the ticket (with a :-) ) otherwise they will not refund me. I say this is a scam.

Unfortunately, I have had the worst experience with Stasdock. I bought a black unit, was sent a gold one. I went away for two nights and left it sitting in a room, on the floor, by itself. The foam fell off.
I have been emailing and asking for a refund consistently, because I do not want the product (can't exactly trust the quality after that). They probably replied to one out of every five email I send, they're incredibly unresponsive. Eventually they sent me back a return label, I shipped it back and 2.5 weeks later, I had still not heard anything. I follow up with them (three times) and they refused to believe they had received the unit, even though I had provided the tracking link and documentation twice to show that it had been received by them! After another 4 emails of chasing post that communication, today I receive one to say they've shipped me a new product! That's despite literally asking for a refund in my last five emails to them (minimum). I'm beyond words.

Shipping time service took very long, usually for UK it says within 1 - 2 days but mine took 7, I had to email the company to see what happened with my shipping process, when they finally shipped it it arrived within the estimated time. The product itself it’s a good material and elegant design, if you’re looking for a bike rack that keeps your bike elegant then this is one of the best choices in the market so far. I would have gave it 5 stars but since there a was a long delay with my order then I believe 3 stars it’s enough

The product looks very sturdy, and i would recommend the black version. However, a bit disappointed in the Dark Gold version. It is not the color on the official pictures, i assume a problem at their supplier and they didn't take the blame for it. I've ordered metal carpaint sprays to manually override this.. I already adapted my walls for this element.. Support offered a free return so good customer service, but i decided to go for the paint spray option. At risk, but their official photos is so stunning.. It's exactly how i want it. For now 4 stars.
