Okay, let’s be real—I did NOT expect this to work as well as it does! I was fully prepared for another ‘meh’ experience with weight loss medication, but wow, Willow really delivered. I wasn’t sure about trying weight loss medication at first, but I’m so glad I gave Willow a shot. The semaglutide injections are super easy to use, and they’ve helped me shed 30 lbs over four months. Excellent Customer service
Decided to try GLP1s to help with those extra pounds and always being hungry. Tried pills first without success. No loss of hunger, but no nausea either. Just bloating. I was offered alternatives and will be trying injections soon. My Satisfaction is with the responsiveness of the team and excellent customer service and communications.

Funny how the ratings are either 1 star or 5 star. When this happens, you know the company is cramming 5 stars into the mix.
Tried for 2 months and got ZERO results - nothing. And I've used other providers so I know what the results should be. I reached out and asked for a refund only to be met with .... ZERO, dead silence. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. This company is a joke.

Very easy process
Very easy process. The price is a little higher than a few other places. I chose this one because I wouldn’t have qualified with my BMI. I only want to lose about 10-13 lbs. I’ve been losing and gaining same 3-4 over and over for a year.

$900 down the drain
$900 wasted for literally nothing. They don’t tell you that you have to ramp up in the first 2 months. So by the 3rd month you’re already out $900 and you’re still hoping maybe this dose will work. Nope. I experienced zero appetite suppression and no weight loss. I tried to ask the “doctor” what was up but they gave me a canned response.

Gave it almost 3 months with sublingual tablets. Don’t trust the “achieve your weight loss goals without the needles”. I did not lose a single pound. No appetite suppression, nothing. The doctor even admitted that the pills are not as effective. $900 for nothing.

Nothing but problems
Nothing but problems. The pharmacy decided to not include my full address on shipping label(which I provided during account setup). After days of emails back and forth with Willow Support, I ended up having to go pickup package from FedEx. Customer Support claimed the address was corrected with FedEx which was not the case. I’ve now realized that the label from pharmacy says pills are dark purple and round. The pills I received are white. Sent note to doctor and have been waiting for well over 24 hours for someone to confirm if I received the correct pills. Seems that should be a priority. If what they sent are not what I was prescribed. Overall extremely disappointing experience.

I agree that it's easy to get a prescription here. However, the wrong dosage was sent to me and it took weeks of nearly daily messaging back and forth with the doctor, customer service, and the pharmacy to settle it. Actually, it wasn't until I said I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that they immediately refunded me.

Disorganized
Pros: Easy process to answer questions and get an rX.
Cons: Shipping takes forever. They have charged my credit card twice and sent me a follow-up questionnaire (that’s supposed to be sent to me after the first round of treatment), meanwhile I haven’t even received my first dose of meds that I ordered weeks ago. It’s been a disorganized mess. Waiting to hear back if I’ll be refunded for being charged yet.
