Terrible customer services

Bad customer experience from start to finish, I first enquired about which retailers stocked one of their caps and received a very disinterested response. I then decided to order through the website and when I followed up several days later was told to wait longer as USPS might be having issues. After 10 days the finally admitted the item had never even been picked up and refunded my money, very disappointing experience overall and have never been able to purchase the item.
